We booked the hotel for 10 days for my wedding for the foreigner guests from Italy and Ireland in February 2025, even though the hospitality was good and the staff was kind and well behaved, i would give zero out of 5 for the cleanliness, i have seen sand in the mats outside the bathroom doors, dust everywhere on the table surfaces and the bed headrests, bathroom floors will become black if you walk barefoot even after every day cleaning, one of my guests from Ireland has seen a fat rat in the breakfast room, they didnt want to eat there at all and even after the complaint for 10 days, there wasn't anything done about it except for a sorry. The wifi is worse than any other weak network in the whole country. The hotel JP gold manager has taken an official video from my guests asking them say only good stuff about the hotel to post it on the website but this is the real review i would like to post here. I was embarrassed for being their host, and thanks to the hotel for making sure India and Indians are filthy.

This hotel is the best in the budget segment. The staff are so humble, helpful and professional. Service is also good. Overall I have a very good experience in the Hotel

The management is very useless, the staff has rude behaviour, these people do not know how to treat their guests, it was our family function and these people did not even give the girls a room to change their clothes, we changed our clothes in the hall, these people should be ashamed and they were behaving as if they would pick up our stuff and throw it away, no one should stay here, and they do not even know how to respect guests.

I stayed for one night on 21-22 September for official purpose. First room changed due to TV issue, second room had AC with poor cooling and fan with full speed only without any minimum arrangements. Need to improve this.

The place is an absolute delicacy with proper platings and servings. It was an absolute blast of food variety and a definite highlight of clean and fresh environment can not be ignored! The place was a experience which I still can't fathom. The food, the waiters and even the Owner's Kid was awesome! Oh, Not to mention, all this at a price which doesn't make your pockets weep!

What an amazing place. Top notch location and incredible room service. We attended a reception and stayed for 2 nights. We could tell the cleanliness and hygiene was their top priority. 100% recommended for someone looking for a place to stay.

Not the best hygiene. Poor toilets and cleanliness. It shouldn't be like this anywhere.
