The Marbella Resort

The resort is good, however we visited on normal days so there were no other guests, obviously due to this the service was not like a hotel but it's not bad also. Need improvement in that area, food is also average not good but not bad. We heard it's a very good place for the weekend, also it's good for company parties and marriage also

Haryana people, see the size of this resort once, no one will dare to go here, the beauty of this place, the room is so amazing, I have not seen it anywhere else, brother, you can come and see and the food here is so amazing, brother. Food will be delivered to your room. Room service is so convenient that they love it, food will be delivered to your room within a 10 to 15 minute walk. You will meet Parth Sharma and Anita ji If you have any problem please inform us, we will solve it immediately.

I have stayed here for 2 days, I have never experienced anything like this before in my life, the service is so amazing, the staff is so amazing, the food is so amazing, the rooms of this mansion are so clean, it is deluxe room and you have super deluxe room with There is a private pool, there are facilities inside the room, and there are so many parking barriers here that your car will be completely safe and there is fast service, I have a phone, it is a 10 minute walk to get food, whatever you order, it is immediately delivered to you. There is a big park in your room, there is also a spring in the room, you come once with your family, your friends, your couple and have fun in the room.

Not recommended The resort is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The resort seriously need to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Rooms was dust center, dust is settled everywhere and even after as wiping it off with some body wipes, it would be resettled. The staff members are terrible. The rooms are in the worst quality . Definitely not recommended . nothing is in the good quality here .....don't waste money in this place

I stayed for 1 day in this wonderful resort, this is such a lovely place, I have not seen anywhere else till now and the food in their haveli is very tasty, their serving is very good, neat and clean, the room is very comfortable, it is beautiful from the walk, main to this place. I am main to this place, I am still here, I am main to say that you are also here, see and enjoy the form.

If you're thinking about booking an event at this resort, think twice. The management here cares more about money than anything else. Our experience was a mess from start to finish. The staff seemed clueless and indifferent. Requests for help were ignored, and it felt like we were on our own. Even the pool, supposed to be a highlight, was dirty and uninviting. (some of their staff was cleaning buckets in it and that was supposed to be swim) Cleanliness was a joke. Tables were left dirty, and it was our event planner who ended up cleaning them, going above and beyond his duties. The only good thing was The Party Sharks. They saved the day, ensuring our friend's wedding went smoothly despite the resort's failures. In short, avoid this place until they sort out their management and service issues.

Today I stayed here for 2 to 3 hours, I felt exactly like my home, it was such a lovely place, it was such a beautiful place, I have never seen such a good service, I have to say that you have also come to this place. Wait here and order food from the Haveli. It came so neat and clean and the food was so tasty. I ate it's Paneer Lababdar Lachha Paratha very very tasty. You also come and once it is it the resort, ordered food from the Haveli and you also ate it will look very nice

Whomsoever visits this place please be there at your own risk. One of the worst property visited in recent times. Booked entire resort for Pre Wedding functions(cocktail, sangeet, mehndi,haldi etc.)for three days and these three days was such a nightmare for whole family and friends. Majority of rooms doesn't have proper working AC nor was the room service. No pool cleaning both inside the rooms as well as common pool. During 3 days of stay, the room service didn't come a single time for room cleaning unless until they were asked for. The Manager/Owner was a lady who was very cunning, arrogant and was misbehaving when asked about anything related to improper service. If somebody asked something to her she started shouting without any reason. Asked her to start AC in rooms and Banquet Hall for day functions, to which she said light is not there and i will not operate anything on generators as it consumes diesel which will cost me. If you need then you bring the diesel and run generators. We said we had a deal regarding all the functions and rooms and had given all money in advance, then she said either give me more money or else do whatever you want. And if you create a scene here i will call police and will make complaint of women harassment. I haven't seen such a cunning lady in my life. The only focus at that time was to complete my family function without any problem and The biggest mistake which my family made was giving all the money advance and even more biggest was booking this resort(which we booked only because of rooms, swimming pool and resort ambience and on road connectivity) and the biggest life saver was having personal food caterer for function and wedding was in other resort otherwise whole family reputation was zero because of the such a pathetic resort. Don't ever visit this resort and their restaurant
