worst experience staff is also bad and rooms are dirty i never ever recommend it

My experience was quite disappointing. The hygiene standards were subpar with no water in the bathroom and no power backup. Despite raising our concerns, the manager seemed indifferent. To top it off, there were people drinking in the lobby area, making it unsuitable for a family visit. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a family-friendly accommodation option.

By far, the most pathetic hotel and room, worst services, no early check in despite availability of rooms. Least co operative staff and not at all bothered about whatever you say. Very unhygienic and low class atmosphere

Good experience.. we had faced some issues at the beginning but it had been resolved by owner... service was good, room was spacious, got hot water on time, got Paratha as complimentary breakfast which was also good in taste, street food,& restaurants,shopping mall are near to this hotel..overall I have enjoyed

Inexperienced staff. Shabby toiletries. No restaurant in hotel. If u want to eat they make u sit in a conference hall as if there is langar going on. They try to overcharge u so pls check ur bill before paying. They do not provide tax invoices and try to charge u the tax for which one should argue and I am sure they will not charge u. If u try to go out the next morning after u check in they think the guest is trying to run away so they ask u to pay before u leave for the previous day which is very unprofessional. Not at all recommended. Nobody should visit this hotel.

There are hotels in October purnima are full and expensive but after purnima all hotel rooms are available in cheap but enjoyable moments only purnima

Very bad experience. Food quality not good , service very slow, rooms are not cleaned and sanitized properly. No water in the bathrooms. Would not recommend this property to anyone who visits Hisar for work or leisure.
