Hotel SkyCity

WORST EXPERIENCE!!! I booked a room 4 days in advance and even paid the full amount. But I actually visited the hotel the person-in-charge there denied me check-in citing reason that no room is available. Don't know how could they deny me a pre-paid service. I had to search and book a hotel myself.

Worst experience here, I booked a room online an hour before arriving at the hotel. Once I told the guy sitting at the reception said that I have booked a room online, he said they don't have a room available. I asked how there is no room available and if no room is available, why did the site book a room? He was very ignorant. Kept saying we don't upload our hotel on any sites. He even refused a refund. Not recommended at all!

Room denied on account of maintenance irrespective of booking in advance, no intimation of the said maintenance and unavailability of rooms.

Hotel is not available at site.Even does not pick call. Because of this hotel and OYO i have to face proble...I did not get anywhere hotel in Hisar because of this.This is hotel is not faithful at all.
