Hotel Divine By Yellow Door

I visited this place this evening. My experience was not good. There was an electricity problem for more than two hours. When I asked the staff to resolve the issue using the generator, they said it wasn't functioning. Apart from that, I had booked the room at 4 PM, but I couldn't stay there overnight. I informed them that I would come early in the morning instead, but the staff was not cooperative. They said I could not come in the morning if I didn't stay there overnight. If the check-out time is 11 AM, then it should be my choice whether I stay overnight or come in the morning.

A good location hotel and staffs are also very co operative and pollite
