Hotel Desire

The service was amazing along with the delicious food. They served the food within the time and we hadn't wait for too long like other restaurants...............|I will suggest to visit once if you are going there........|The staff is also supportive as we have told them to make the food as per our suggestions.

Rooms are clean, bathroom neat The location is near the eminent mall, red square. The lower price room doesn't have a smart TV. Food is tasty

Centrally located but needs to maintain the property. Cockroaches roaming freely on bedding. All famous eateries near by

Pathetic hotel, people are coming to enjoy only like OYO, late night party going on in hotel, owner should take action because it's bad for their emage, person can't stay with family in this environment.

Its a third class hotel with Zero facilities. The dont even talk properly to customers. They directly switch off the AC switch from the office itself and you ask them to switch it on then they give silly excuses. They only want to save electricity as if the customers are not paying then money. The manager also does not know how to talk he shows attitude. There are no plug points inside the room. Even the TV is not working everything here is just to show case. Try avoiding this hotel.

Hello Everyone,||Myself Kapil Garg, a Gurugram based man. I would like to share my bad experience with Hotel Desire, Railway Road, Hisar, Haryana (Mr. Shubham) dated 11-07-2019.||Me and my family went to Hisar to attended a marriage function on 10-07-2019. I booked a room in Hotel Desire through Mr. Shubham and paid in advance Rs. 1200/- per room/per day and checked in around 3:00 PM in the hotel Room no. 304, with my wife and two years daughter. From the starting we were facing multiple issues with the Hotel services, but managed anyhow and get ready for the night marriage function. We left the Hotel in the night and attended marriage function at Suncitys, situated at Delhi road Hisar. ||In the morning around 8:00 AM we came back to Hotel and found again lift was not working. We were very much tired and our Room situated at 3rd Floor so, we requested to Hotel staff to start the lift but they said "abhi time nhi hua hau". Any how one person from hotel staff helped my wife and we reached at third floor in the room and found again AC was not working and too much humidity in the Room. We were unable to breathe, my 2 years daughter was crying due to unconvinced services in the room. I three times called at the reception to start the AC. But they were giving excuses like; "Tail Khatam Hogaya" Finally they said "Hum nhi krenge aap jisse booking ki hai ussi se baat kro" I was very much frustrated and came out of my room, suddenly they switched off whole hotel lights. My family got afraid, I started shouting for help. I asked my wife to lock the room from inside as there was complete darkness in the Hotel. With the help of mobile torch light I managed to get down and reached at reception area. I found there was on one available. I went at the ground floor for help. After a few minutes one person came and complete hotel lights were on. I thought maybe there is some concern person had come who will listen my complaint and issues. I again went to reception area, but all of the sudden instead of listening to me that new person (owner) started fighting with me. I was so much afraid that time, because my family was stuck at 3rd floor's room and they were ready to harm me physically. I immediately called at 100 for police help. ||||||Here I want to appreciate and thanks for the immediate action taken by Hisar Police. They were so quick and came to Hotel desire for us. Finally in the presence of Police we left the hotel safely. Thank you so much to the Police officers who came and protect us from the GUNDA'S of DESIRE HOTEL.||||Guys never ever go to Desire Hotel, writing this with my personal experience.

This is a good place to stay out, this place is located on main road only and can easily be reached both by bus stand and railway station. Rooms are good and well cleaned, bathroom and towels are clean. Room Service is good, food served at dinner and breakfast is good both in quality and quantity ( breakfast is complimentary.
