Hotel Crown City

Please avoid this hotel, your stay will be Miserables, I had worst experience, 1. No power backup, AC will not work if there is a power cut. 2. Toilet smells like drainage. drainage system is not good. 3. Once you check-in attitude of the staff sill be different. 4. Water shortage.

Booked room but AC was not working. Reiterated them to change room.but they denied. Later, after having so much inconvenience, we have to shift to another hotel. They even didn't provided us water.the room was small and smelly. No blanket, towels provided. Ordered food and curd was stale which smelled badm Overall, Worst experience. Check in rules are too hard. They require marriage certificate. Even if law permit that, occupants should only provide id cards and no matter whether they are married or not.. At this price range, we may opt for other better hotels nearby.
