ZEN Suites - Gurgaon

I had an amazing 21-day stay at Zen's Suites! The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable long stay. The fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus -- it made it easy to cook my own meals and feel right at home. The ambiance was peaceful and the staff was polite and responsive throughout. Highly recommend Zen's Suites for anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and convenient place to stay. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Large, comfortable rooms in the suburbs in a relatively safe feeling area. The balcony is a great touch, although could use a cleaning (the table was pretty dusty and dirty). Check in takes too long (like normal in India), and some things about the room that you may consider standard you need to explicitly ask for (wifi password, hair dryer, etc). The no food policy is weird, but didn't run into it myself. Breakfast was very small with the options - not really worth it imo. Biggest problem is that they don't offer any bottled water here, only the faucet of 'drinking water' in the rooms. That works for people who are used to the water there, but for westerners who aren't used to the water, that's dangerous! We would absolutely get sick from that. From the looks of it, no westerners had stayed there before us for quite a while. Don't be afraid of the place, it's pretty solid for what it is - just be careful and bring your own water!

The place is perfect for a stay. I stayed here for 15 days, and the services are excellent. A must-visit! It provides a homely vibe. Chefs are also good here

Excellent. The suite was clean, kept and convenient. The staff were kind and ready to help. The location has good access stores and is a 40 min ride from the airport. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Had a wonderful stay. We stayed over for 3 nights and everything was appreciable. The service was top notch, and the food was delicious and very reasonable. The price of the stay was on the higher range but compared to the other players in the market, it was okay Everyone starting from the guard, reception members, housekeeping staff and the restaurant staffs were really helpful and knew how to properly host a guest. It was a very good experience.

It was a great experience to stay here. Nice large and clean room with good service and polite staff. Feels like home.

Excellent property... property is equipped with kitchen.. all necessary utensils and that too of premium quality. Housekeeping and hygiene is top class.. comfortable beds, nice balcony. Breakfast is limited but good.
