Treebo IFFCO Chowk - Hotel in Gurgaon

Hotel rooms are very nice, and the staff, especially the receptionists in the morning and afternoon, are pleasant. Andrew is great, but there is one area that needs improvement: the food. If you're considering breakfast in the morning, it's not a good option. I recommend opting for a healthier choice, but be cautious as the healthy options there are not very appealing.

Property is pretty clean. Room are spacious, clean and most important bathrooms are nicely cleaned. Staff was polite and experienced. Location is quite and best for business trips Thoda bahar hai crowded places se.

Like the location very much. Good quality of food. Very nice service by staff. Mostly Rawat ji has helped a lot in my stay. He is a gem of a person. I would love to come again to this hotel. I felt this is a second home. Basically Home away from Home.

Pathetic hotel. Entire hotel is smelling. Very poor services. Furniture is damaged. Location is also pathetic. If you are planning to check in post 10 pm, the gates of the colony will close and you to walk for 200 mtrs to reach hotel. The best part is that if you try to reach hotel , they will never pick up the phone.

Very nice location. Nearby locality is nice. Market place is nearby. Couldn't explore much but great place to stay. Staff are very nice, Specially Rawat ji was a great he was so cooperative. Food taste is nice love to come again. It was a great time I have spent.

The food, service and location are very good, unfortunately the rooms are not, could be much better.. You get mini fridge wordrobe TV.. but linens are stains rooms not properly clean same for bathroom. Loved the stay though and being solo female felt safe there.

My recent stay at a Treebo Group hotel was thoroughly disappointing. The service was poor, with staff showing indifference and even rudeness when I raised concerns. The room was a letdown, with a dated decor and a stale odor. Moreover, the bed linens were visibly stained and felt unclean. The bathroom was also dirty, not well-maintained, and felt unsanitary. The food was subpar, being both bland and tasteless. It seemed like it had been prepared hours earlier and just reheated. The staff's behavior was the most upsetting part of my stay. They were unresponsive to requests and lacked professionalism and courtesy. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, as there are surely better, cleaner, and more welcoming options in the area.|

The location and outside look of the hotel seems great but inside is a mess. Rooms need major repair. Very bad bathrooms. You can't expect good warm water even in december chills . The wifi is moody. The morning breakfast is a big NO! No taste, first time ate an aloo paratha without aloo .
