Treebo Aksh Palace-hotel in Gurgaon

Got an excellent and spacious room at this hotel. We felt very much luxurious at the stay here. May feel a little bit expensive, but the stay was so much comforable. Every staff did their work proficiently. Food was also good. Overall a good hotel which gave us a wonderful experience.

Rooms were nice and spacious but services were very poor. Hot water was not available when required, tea/coffee were not served, tap water was irregular. I will never recommend this service apartment to my friends and relatives.

If you are travelling with family better stay at soma resort than at treebo soma service apartment. The service is worst. Most of the time the power is out, breakfast is served too late at around 10am. And the quantity is just of a scoop rice. They do not have in house kitchen. For dinner lunch if you want, you have to go 2 km from apartment and explore which would be good. ||||I was told it is a 1bhk, when I reached there I came to know it's a three bhk on room sharing with common Hall and kitchen. ||||The kitchen has only microwave no gas or water purifier. Non functional. ||||Swimming pool on rooftop is just a dumppit.

Worst hotel and worst experience. Rooms are little big but with only basic facilities. Sometimes basic facilities like hot water is not available that too during Winter season. Services are the worst part of the hotel. All staffs are unprofessional. Complimentary breakfast is bread and butter for the most of the days. Won't ever go to this hotel ever again.

Very well managed place. We stayed for a full week and everyone was very kind with us. The staff provided us the necessary information to be able to enjoy Nashik. I totally recommend it!

I was looking for an emergent hotel or guest house and I came across this one and ask me it was a really a nice experience staying here.The room was quite hygenic and had nice views.It was not a big hotel but really it gave me the feeling of being in a high end hotel.

Now ManageMent And Servicess Changed At This Apartment. This Propety Name Is Stay Well Service Apartment. Now Very cooperative Staff And Very Clean Rooms With Servicess

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, They were rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone. Please spare yourself the horror and stay away from this place.
