From the moment I arrived, the experience was flawless. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional and attentive to every detail. ||The Hotel location was ideal,making it easy to explore the area.||Especially the breakfast buffe, which featured a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. ||Overall it was a pleasant stay Highly recommend.

Amazing experience overall, service, food and room.. all par excellent . Management is open to all feedback and works on it. So customer service is at priority. This is my 2nd stay here and will continue to come here in future too. Thank you team.

Excellent Service. The staff behaviour was very good at the time of chekin and checkout. Hotel situated in near the hub of restaurant and pubs. Brekfast was very good and they have the varieties. F&b team was also to good. Hotel lobby interior is nice.

The Place Gurugram, Radisson Individual in Gurugram is a small hotel sandwiched between two other hotels, in a row of hotels off the main expressway.||Getting to the hotel from the airport was a challenge for the driver of Blue smart, and Uber was no better. It's because there are no clear signs to indicate when to enter into a side lane, parallel to the main road. The whole row of hotels suffer is problem. A Wine/Alcohol superstore and a square like, brewpub restaurants are within 5-10 minutes walking distance.||PROs: The hotel is small and quiet, the lobby and reception are compact, and the restaurant is to the left. The WiFi signal was good. The restaurant staff and the young front reception staff very extremely helpful. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable.||CONs: The buffet breakfast was a bit of a disappointment compared to other comparable hotels. Did not notice a bar. The exercise room/gym is in the basement; and could not find it easily. Given it's location, I was surprised that the hotel did not exchange foreign currency. Hunting for a FX involves taking an auto or a Uber.||I will probably stay there again.

My overall stay at The Place was good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was convenient and the amenities were well-maintained. Quite a good variety available in the breakfast buffet.

The food and the premises is versatile . I just love the way you interact with your customers . Hope to visit the place soon. The aura and the cleanliness of your place is amazing Thanks for the warm welcome and for those cushy mattresses I just loved it

Very good customer service staff were nice food is good we enjoyed our trip highly recommend food was very great too we stayed two days and enjoyed every moment, the staff are really friendly and very helpful they, very good location and easily accessible to get a transport

The food was exceptional - delicious, flavorful, and expertly prepared. Each dish was a delight to savor, showcasing a perfect blend of flavors and presentations.. the supportive staff made the experience even better.
