The Bristol Hotel, Gurgaon (5 Star Deluxe Hotel)

The entire experience at the hotel was exceptional. A special thanks to Harshit Arora from the front office, who consistently goes above and beyond to take care of us. Every check-in and check-out process has been seamless, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food is of outstanding quality, and the entire staff is incredibly courteous and professional. From the warm welcome to the smooth check-out, the hospitality has been top-notch. Wishing the team all the best for the future. The Bristol is truly a must-visit destination!

In what world is this hotel supposed to be "5-star"?!? In a world where the rating system goes to 10 maybe?? Rooms are very dated. Bathroom looks like crap. Whole place smells because carpets are old and musty. Breakfast is basic. It's fine if the hotel is advertised as 3-star and charges those types of rates. But claiming 5-star is false advertising and is misleading

The Bristol, Gurgaon offers everything you could ask for in a 5-star experience - luxury, comfort, exceptional service, and a convenient location. Value for money, whether you're in Gurgaon for business or leisure, this hotel provides a perfect base for your stay. The level of service is really commendable. The staffs (Raju, Aman & Shahzad) were extremely polite and quick to respond to any requests. Highly recommended!

Stayed at the Bristol hotel Gurgaon from 15th March - 17th March, with my husband & baby and our stay was very comfortable. Very neat & clean, spacious rooms, good food and amazing service. Very helpful and friendly staff. Every staff had a smile on their face and greated us whenever we passed. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and even played with my son to give him company. Even Anju the floor manager of the 3rd floor was sweet & checked if we needed anything. So on 17th March Just b4 check out, we requested for a late check out, we wanted to have a drink so the staff at the coffee shop told us to relax and enjoy our drinks and they were playing and looking after my 2 year old son.

I came for breakfast over here and it's amazing, do visit the place for a great experience and delightful dining. Thanks to Mr Prashant for the great hospitality, keep it up.

The food at Restaurant is fantastic, service is extremely good. I recommend to be here. Mr. Prashant took a great care of us.

Excellent food and service and Palmyra restaurant. One of the best food in Gurgaon. Outstanding service by Sadab. Fully renovated hotel and restaurants. A must visit.

The guest relations manager Ms Anjana is very unprofessional & doesn't know how to talk to guests. The hotel dosent have hot water and is very run down. There has been some external noise every time we have stayed here. I don't recommend staying here at all - nor will I come back.
