Staayz Premium, Gurugram - Hotel & Studio Apartments

I stayed for 13 days.. No positives. Rooms are damp & dirty. Service is pathetic in terms of time & quality. The service persons won't even come inside the room rather will handover the tray from outside the door. Initial half a floor there's no lift.. U have carry ur stuffs over the staircase.. The attitude is the worst.. U won't be able to understand that who is the customer & who's the service provider... Never ever recommend this to anyone...

Have stayed here multiple times due to work visit and have always liked the location. The rooms are decent for the price and overall its a good hotel. Service is a big issue as you have to call them multiple times for the same thing but they take their own time in completing the requests which is sometimes too much

I stayed for two nights and had an average experience. The room was clean and comfortable, but the amenities were limited. The staff was friendly, but the check-in process was slow. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend. On the plus side, the hotel is located in a great area, within walking distance to many attractions. The staff was also friendly and helpful. However, the room was a bit small and the bed was not very comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited. Overall, it was an okay stay, but not outstanding. While the hotel has a great location and the staff is friendly, there were several issues with my stay. The room was not very clean, and the air conditioning did not work properly. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant was overpriced and the food was not very good. I hope the hotel will address these issues in the future.

Location is very easily accessible, in phase-3 near cyber city. Checkin process is online so saves valuable time at the hotel. Rooms need a serious upgrade as furniture is mostly broken or about to break like almirah handles and side drawers. Otherwise rooms are comfortable at an affordable price but cleanliness can be better. Wifi connection was very slow, should be looked at. Food was the highlight for me as breakfast served was amazing in taste. Overall average experience and good stay.

For anyone try to find a decent location near to 10km of international airport on a shoestring budget, this is a good one to try. Cybercity is walking distance so is phase 3 metro. Rooms are decently equipped for a short stay.

Absolutely non-cooperative staff. They make rules of their own. The board clearly said NO VISITORS ALLOWED AFTER 10 PM. However when I wanted to go into my friend's room for only 5-10 minutes to freshen up that too at afternoon(2 or 3pm) , they did not allow me, just because I WAS A GIRL. They had no reception where visitors could even sit. Worst hotel ever. Never heard of such rules that too in a metro-city like Gurugram. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you are a group of both boys and girls

Booked through MakeMyTrip and from booking to check-out it was a very smooth experience. Had a peaceful stay here. Would book the same place if I am visiting Gurgaon again.

It was a nice experience with stayz hotel. But they are not having any mirror in the room. That's very disappointing, I stay here for my corporate meetings so after getting ready I can't check myself. There should be a mirror in the room.
