The rooms are spacious with all modern amenities (a smart TV in the room is a big plus). The service is good, and the restaurant provides a good selection of regional & continental favourites. Overall, a perfect stay for business travellers.

I loved everything about this hotel! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a nice atmosphere. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. But what really made our stay stand out was the incredible service from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. We can't wait to come back!

Hotel Review: Extremely Disappointing Stay I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was nothing short of terrible. The service was extremely poor, with unresponsive staff who seemed indifferent to guest concerns. Cleanliness was a major issue--my room was not properly cleaned, and to my horror, I even found a cockroach in the bedroom. The floors were dusty, the bedsheets looked unwashed, and the bathroom was in a filthy state. It was clear that proper housekeeping was not a priority for this hotel. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. If cleanliness and good service matter to you, I suggest looking for a better option. This hotel needs serious improvement in both hygiene and customer service.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Disgusting filthy hotel & service. They had gave us a room that was dirty bed sheets and broken furniture. The sink had NO pipe and water was leaking. Water is absolutely freezing. Absolutely unprofessional that they provided a room with no pipe and unclean. Manager is a liar and harasses you when you try tell him. This hotel needs closing down ASAP. Please DO NOT book here

Not bad, not so good. I requested to extend my checkout for 3 hrs for which they denied it and asked for full day charge, which was so bad.

Rooms are in rough shape and need a deep clean and repairs. Our room smelled like smoke, had stains in the sheets and no remotes for air con or TV. They also told us no outside food allowed but we ignored that as we wouldn't trust to eat anything cooked here. Don't recommend you stay here! Very surprised at the decent Google rating.... Something weird happening there....
