Saltstayz Select - Near Sohna Road City Center

So the food here, other than breakfast is really good Indian food and delightful. Breakfast is in no way cosmopolitan and caters for local clientele and little beyond. Do not expect to find any western fare and even the bread for toast is too close to cardboard. Sunny is a superstar and is extremely friendly and helpful. He really is the personality of the hotel. And when he is working breakfast it's a better place.|The room is basic with little thrills and merely functional. You need to press the switch to get hot water something they forget to tell us.|The sheets and towels that were many years ago white and fresh are now tired , grey and stained. Very shabby|The reception staff were helpful and approachable |Housekeeping didn't happen once in the week we stayed we had to ask for toilet paper and fresh shabby towels |The ac is noisy and overpowering but not overly used during our stay|The ceiling fan did its job|The balcony that you pay extra for is communal and shared with rooms either side of you. There are no chairs or tables and if, unfortunately for us ,there is a LGBTand Q disco on the premises this area will be the party zone once the disco has finished. Shouting, Laughing and all sorts of poor behaviour are the other side of the patio doors with scant regard for occupants who are not a part of the movements||Sunny is a superstar and should be the manager. Very convenient location for me as office was nearby. Staff if very friendly and attentive. Breakfast and dinner was complimentary and was as good as anything else. Mr. Vipin who handles kitchen was taking utmost care of his guests. Overall the stay was excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Kuldeep for overall handling my stay making it most convenient.

Excellent Hotel Experience at Saltstayz Sector 46 I had a wonderful stay at Saltstayz Sector 46. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment for rest. The staff was incredibly courteous, professional, and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is a major advantage -- it's close to Sohna Road, Paras Hospital, and other key spots in Gurgaon, making it convenient for both business and personal travel. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and I truly appreciated the peaceful ambiance of the property. While breakfast could offer a bit more variety, the quality was good and served on time. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and well-located stay in Gurgaon. Rating: 5/5

This hotel feels more like a rundown lodge than a proper stay. I booked a Deluxe Room with a Balcony, but upon check-in, I had to inspect three different rooms before finally settling for the least dirty one. The backside rooms are absolutely horrible. Even after they moved me to a roadside-view room, the quality remained just as poor. Hygiene is a joke here--linens are never changed, even if you stay for six days! The towels are ancient, torn, and barely usable. Bathrooms? Far from acceptable. As for the food, be prepared to eat the same boring breakfast every single day. Dinner? No better--if it's part of your package, expect a repetitive, uninspired menu. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

I have made a day reservation booking for 11th April, only basis I have stayed in this hotel before. I had paid advance to the property guys, as they asked me to pay. Today, on 4th April, I asked them to cancel and give me the refund. They told me, the refund is not possible, you will need to connect with customer care. I contacted Customer Care and informed them about the same, asked them they would have informed about their non refundable policy. The team spoke arrogantly, stating you should have asked and kept my call just like that without saying anything. I checked on their website, wherein refund has been clearly mentioned. I called the property again and asked about them same, they said it's not possible. I called customer care, they picked up my call and kept it for 10 minutes without saying a word. Clearly, these are fraudsters. Not adhering to their own policies. Do not book any hotel stay with them.

Excellent Stay Experience! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. The washroom was impeccably clean, and the service was prompt and efficient. The food was delicious and truly enjoyable. Overall, a great experience--I'd highly recommend it!

Location was very convenient for me as I had to attend a Bhog in Sector 46 gurudwara. Rooms are nice n spacious. Seating is comfortable. Soap n other basic toiletries, tissue boxes not provided. Food is excellent and room service is good. Housekeeping did not come at all to clean the room in my 2 day stay!! This definitely deserves 0 star. The whole experience can be elevated by just these small fixes!!!

I love the rooms of this hotel and the service is too good, along with this food is very tasty little costly but the facilities are good.
