Check-in and Staff: The check-in process was efficient, and staff members exhibited professionalism and courtesy. Room: The room was spacious and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. However, the bed exhibited some minor noise due to perceptible creaking sounds from the plywood. Housekeeping: Housekeeping services were satisfactory. Amenities: All required amenities were readily available. Food and Beverage: Food and beverage services were not utilized. Check-out Experience: The check-out process was seamless and efficient. Overall: The stay was comfortable and provided excellent service, representing exceptional value for the price.

We stayed for a few weeks, and it was a truly pleasant experience overall. The accommodations were comfortable, and the atmosphere was welcoming, making it a great place to unwind. ||While we enjoyed our stay, we found the prices of in-house food items to be on the higher side, which could be something to keep in mind. Very weirdly Netflix also was not working. So did not much used the Smart TV.||Another down side is that there is no visible Sign board of the building. when doing delivery or hiring cab, the drivers often would be frustrated or even lost to reach the exact location.|| Aside from that, everything was wonderful - from the hospitality to the amenities provided. ||Staff is helpful.||We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Structure/design of the building and rooms is very nice. There are 4 rooms on each floor, nearly same design and space. Each floor offers pantry space to heat up or wash utensils. There is RO water tap table and chairs on each floor lobby. |Rooms were clean. Interior is done by professional. TV, Refrigerator is available in room. Tea/coffee, meal is served in the room or you you can visit on the 5th floor terrace for a different experience. Lift is available.|Telephone line is not in the room, but in the pantry space. |Overall it was a very good place to stay. Very close to the Rapid Metro 54 station. Most of the places are nearby. You can travel with Uber 3 wheeler / 4 wheeler rides.|Lobby and rooms have unique strong smell probably of Mogra. When we requested the diffuser or the floor was turned off we could get rid of that in 2 hrs.

Overall experience and hospitality was extremely superb. Expect one particular person at the main reception named (Pramod) who was so rude, had no sense of response to guests. He was speaking in a threating way to guests. He doesn't deserve to be in hospitality industry for sure.

Here, I recently had an amazing experience that I will never forget. I had been planning the trip for 15 days. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. I was greeted with open arms and felt welcomed and appreciated. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The rooms were impeccably clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The amenities in the hotel were outstanding. The restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of food. The view from my room was breathtaking, and during my stay I was able to take in the amazing shots and appreciate all that I had experienced on my trip. I am so grateful for the amazing experience that I had at the hotel, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
