It's a good place for people who plan to visit Medanta Medicity Hospital due to its proximity. The staff are helpful.

Nice stay luxury apartment in gurgaon sec38 Highly recommended

Stayed there from 12th Nov to 17th Nov 2018. I was visiting Medanta hospital so it was the closest choice. My room was changed twice before I got a habitable room. The workers try to be helpful but seem limited in ability. The Bathroom was very dirty even when I asked for it to be cleaned with no change. Eventually I did it myself. The room curtains, bed sheets are stained . Considering this a hotel that takes in mostly hospital patients, you would think they would have some level of cleanliness but no. By the way never pay for bed and breakfast because the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, I took it because I always had rush to hospital in the morning and had paid for it. And seeing the love of money the manager has, there is no way I was going to get a refund. Take your breakfast at the hospital If you have time. Also don't pay your complete bill until check out. I did that and the manager tried to ask for more money until I corrected him of my payment. When I asked for receipt, I got a business card with the amount written at the back in hand writing. What is saddening is that this hotel has the potential of being a great B/B because it has a good structure and great location.

Update: The staff, eventually acknowledged and apologize for their behavior. They are atleast honest and courteous. They also provided complimentary services on my next visit. I would give them 5 star for the location and convenience. Cleanliness is great. I stayed for few day in there with my family and had decent time.

1 Star only to cleanness of the room The hotel is a rip-off, in my opinion. No basic complimentary items: no toothbrush, no cup no anything was provided. For the price of 2,500 ($37.00) per night for a double-bed room, we had to pay extra for a bottle of water. Yep! I'm not kidding! To be fair, for this amount of money paid to a non-star hotel in countryside, we expected their services to be better than what they are offering at the moment AND better than what we are paying for. Also, the reception is VERY irritating and annoying. I understood that it is a protocol for hotel reception to collect guests' information before letting us in. But as we made walk-in reservation at 12:20am (it was late and of course we were very sleepy) the reception failed to satisfy our request 3 times for a quicker check-in. He worked like a sloth. What is worse, we were asked to pay upfront in full after we told him that we'd stay only for one night. This shows no trust in customers. I hope my review sheds some lights for the hotel management to make improvement on their services.

Missed our flight due to misconduct of staff during our stayed, they forced us to pay cash during our check out. People are nice there but when it comes to money we felt cheated. Would never recommend this property
