Pacific Inn Huda City Centre

I would like to give 0 star on my experience but there are only option is minimum 1. Horrible experience I have on my business tour. Maybe all other reviews are fake or either paid basis. 1. Very much unprofessional person at reception. Not answering anything properly. Not giving any proper service. Although he ask us to leave if we are not comfortable with room 2. Room TV is not working / AC is working but they don't have remote. 3. Door locking system is failed / washroom (flush / shower not working ) They don't even want to improve their service and hospitality. I'm not writing with personal but had a highly unprofessional and horrible experience in this hotel.

The hotel is located at a peaceful location, yet it's not far from the major metro stations and office areas. The staff is wonderful and provided very good services.

This is very calm place to stay and atmosphere is so good. Green view and staffs was very cooperative. I would appreciate to others.

The location is good, quiet and far from city and the owner is cooperative. Rest are not satisfying, when I reached there n asked the reservation that I made, they are saying there is none, I saw them the reservation then the mid age man n young, both of them trying to figure out the reservation. OK, they might be not much of tech person, then I asked if the room is ready, they say yes and despite my expectation the room is big, good enough for two people and spacious but it is not clean, so dusty, where ver you touch will be speck of dirts. The door is not working fine, no any other accessories are working and the boy refill the water from Idk where. But it is. Budget friendly so I didn't say anything but small or big, cleanliness is require everywhere.

This is budget friendly stays. Receptionist is very polite and helpful.
