OYO Flagship 5912 Sikanderpur

Pathetic condition. Nowhere near to the photos shown on the net at the time of booking. The property is ok, but needs serious Maintanance. The rooms were big, but not painted properly, the marks of "paan spittings" in the walls, the wash basin broken, bathrooms dirty, mosquitoes, mattresses are uncomfortable, chairs have no cushion and so on.. The lifts are so small n dirty. The customer service adds to all this. U really nees to have 1~2 hours and patience to get things resolved over phone and that also if luck permits. Totally disappointed on my 1st stay with OYO.

I have stood in this hotel OYO flagship 5912 close to 5 months due project work. Initially services were not upto the mark infact bad like room cleaning, providing water bottles, Food, gym etc. restaurant was under fix due to water leakage, Gym was full of dust. Given that i had stay there for long period they got things done gradually and services improved after multiple complaints. One fine day there was RADE by income tax department while going to office early hours at 8:30am and i had to write the statement for propose of my stay etc. Please be aware and alert !!

It was bad, the room was unclean, very low light. The mattress was worn out. They didn't even keep the towels without asking. WiFi was not working and there was no resolution despite complaints. No hot water, AC wasn't working. Even the phone in room wasn't working properly so we could call the front desk.

Location is quite peaceful and isolated. Not much to explore around but good connectivity to food ordering. Room was not very clean. Service is nice. Property has its own charm.

BED BUGS, Rude SEXUAL comments & YELLOJG employees. Please read before you book a stay here (also please don't book a stay here....) Had an absolute nightmare living here. I checked in on the 28th of June and at 3am , found bedbugs. Then we were moved to another room where again the AC stopped working and then we moved to a 3rd room and the next day found bedbugs there too! Moved to another room and sure enough, there were Bedbugs there too! (Have uploaded some photos of the bugs and multiple bites that lead to swelling and us eventually, us leaving). Disgusting. We also had a friend Come visit us as we weren't aware of the no guess policy which is on us, however while informing us of the same, Mr Manoj Kumar (yes, Manoj Kumar), at the front desk was extremely rude, standoffish and said , refferring to my partner and I quote "sir aapke saath already ek hai(sir, you already have one with you)" (read into that as you will and you'll probably be right). So so far, we have bed bugs, objectifying people and extremely rude service. Furthermore, after the little altercation with Mr Manoj Kumar (yupp), we was extremely rude and screamed at me while I was leaving the premises , what sounded like borderline threats. So in conclusion. NEVER. GO .HERE. we checked out as soon as possible (had to spend 45 mins with Oyo customer care (who also put me on hold 3 times and never reverted nor did they respond to my complaints on the app despite me being basically nrainwasbra by their automated messages while I was In cue that told me not to be in cue (.-.) and that I could do this myself on the app) because the hotel staff refused to let me leave without making the full payment (we had stayed there only 2 nights) Ubelievable and unacceptable. For a flagship property this is some treatment. (0/10) . Never go here , felt extremely unsafe

A very good property but worst maintenance, I would never prefer to stay here nor recommend for anyone.. breakfast is complimentary but limited option and not clean and hygiene... If you're staying Everything at your own risk

Why the F can't i give it NO STARS AT ALL??It's bloody disgusting! And worse than that is that requesting OYO well in advance more than 8 hours ago still does not get a clean room arranged.. Torn linen, cracked wood.. Uncooperative duty manager.. Had driven 8 hours to find this cheap place.. had to book another OYO at bloody 11 in the night.. Think twice before booking guys!

The Rooms are nice and clean. The staff is kind and helpful but the service isn't great. It is located close to the sikanderpur metro station
