OYO Dlf Cyber City Near Aravali Biodiversity Park

My experience in this facility has been the worst and can never ever think of booking a similar one. I have pre-booked in the Oyo app for 2 days and made the payment. The only reason I am giving 1 star is for the price at which the hotel was available and the location (it was close to the place where I had my personal work). Drawbacks 1. Located in a commercial area and difficult to spot the hotel. UJ tower is the building in which the Oyo is present (2nd and 3rd floors). No name board or Oyo logo to help find the exact location. 2. The lift doesn't work and anyone with more luggage would face trouble carrying all the way up. 3. No proper staff or house keeping available. 4. The rooms look very different to the ones in the pictures. Very small and suitable only for a single person. 5. The mattress are very old and the springs or lining inside the mattress were hurting my back. They are worn out to the core. Linen is not clean and is in the worst state of appearance. 6. Washrooms aren't clean and no one is even available to clean them. Requesting for a house keeping doesn't do any help. - Heater however works fine. 7. AC works but at a fixed temperature and makes weird noise. I felt it might stop working any moment because of the fluctuations in the fan speed and noise. 8. TV doesn't work. No cable or dish connection. 9. Wi-Fi is available but as usual the speeds are pretty low. I was able to operate food ordering and transport apps. 10. There's a good menu in the room but no service. As mentioned in the previous point, I had to order food from outside (outside food allowed). 11. The intercom doesn't work. 12. Basic toiletry which Oyo mentions in the app (body & hair wash/ soap & shampoo, towel) are also not available. Oyo should remove such facilities from their app as it would only create inconvenience and trouble for those who trust Oyo for booking their stays. THINK BEFORE YOU MAKE A BOOKING. ITS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.

Edit 1. My stay was ruined by the fact that your rooms were dirty. I had to practically beg the room boy who was sleeping to get a new bed sheet and still he would not get them. New bed sheets pillow cover for the rooms,Decent clean bathrooms are all it takes and still your guy couldn't do it. The guy and reception did shout at the roomboy for the bed sheets and all but that was all for show.

Worst Place. Had to check out after 2 hours because it was so bad. Booked it at Rs 500 for a Night. I found it economical and it looked good in photos. But then this is how it turned out to be: 1. Reached there, owner asked me to Rs 200 more saying Tariff is too low at Oyo app. It was late at night so I had to. 2. Dirty walls, Dirty bedsheet, no pillow covers, dirty room, Dysfunctioned AC and what not. 3. Called the reception, asked them to get it cleaned or allot a new room. Nobody Came for the next 2 hours. Had to checkout in frustration. Shadiest place I've ever been. I've used Oyos and in many different cities but this is the worst experience I've ever had. Suggestion: Please book a townhouse OYO or else you never know what you'd find. Pictures on the OYO app are quite deceiving.

Fraud hotel. Don't go there. When you book online through any hotel booking app and make online payment. They deny check-in. They ask exta money besides the amount which already paid online. This is like harrasment. We came from Chandigarh to gurgaon after 5 hours journey. We were tired. At 8PM when we reached hotel they denied check- in. They demanded extra 1k besides what we already paid. And hotel condition is very pathetic , very poor infrastructure. Staff on reception were very rude. Don't go to this hotel

Wrost hotel - small room with no facility. Lift is also not working. Receptionist is try to book the room through offline without giving invoice. Not recommended to anyone. Bathrooms are in bed condition. No Proper cleaning and staff is also rude. Food quality is very very bed and rate is very high.

When the OYO rooms gonna understand that a room doesn't only mean a bed, a tv and an Ac ? People also expect some basic things like storage for cloths, a place to keep bags, drinking water and some basic things which people might have not brought like brush, toothpaste, a comb..etc. This place has only advantage of its location which is very near to metro. Other wise this OYO is a nightmare. No drinking water, House keeping not available round the clock, lacks to provide basic facilities and the surrounding is aslo not so good. Was not expecting a very decorated and well behaved staff like costlier hotels but i think we deserved a drinking water bottle in month of May.

Manager name Ravi he was polite and solve all issues whatever i had thing is tht online booking is very cheap and this hotel min charge 800Rs suppose thru online if it is 650Rs thn they will charge 150Rs bcz their min rate is 800Rs thts y many people wrote thy charge extra Main thing workers are totally useless inlgo ko apni glti mnne ki aukd n ha phta hua towel dete ha with unclean towel, person name mintu kumar who is big lier whenevr he takes towel for cleaning thn he never bring towel in the hotel on time Today when i told clean the room then also thy ddny clean and gave fake exuces tgt we ddnt clean bcz apke room se chori n ho what non sense I dnt knw why workers are useless

Room will finish once you Get In..So small Full of Mosquitoes, No water Is served When asked Was served Open Packed and Toothbrush too not Provided. Ac Cooling not good Breakfast Server -Omlette was never d same and tea was pathetic. Lift not working to go on Top.
