Good experience n staff also very much cooperative and location is also good food quality is good... service is extremely good. Our stay at the Leaf 9 was fantastic! The rooms were impeccably clean, with modern decor and comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to attractions and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The stay was great and very warm hospitality. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. Very nice welcome and checkout by front desk. Great food and worth the prices. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and clean. I especially loved the comfortable bed and the stunning view from my window. The bathroom had all the amenities I needed, and I appreciated the high-quality toiletries provided.staying in a corporate hotel room during a business trip, and I must say, it was an overall positive experience.

Disappointing Experience I booked a room through BookMyTrip, which clearly mentioned a check-in time between 12-1 PM, with early check-in of up to 3 hours available subject to availability. I arrived at the hotel around 9 AM and requested early check-in as per the policy. However, the staff insisted that early check-in would cost an additional 200 per hour until 12 PM -- a total of 600. Despite seeing vacant rooms, they claimed none were available unless I paid. After some negotiation, I managed to bring it down to 500, but it still felt unfair. In total, I paid 1800 for the booking and an additional 500 just to stay for 24 hours. To top it off, the room provided was old and had a bad smell. I was too tired to argue further, so I just accepted it -- but overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend this place based on the service and attitude I received.

Very good hotel, clean and neat room with self use kitchen, 24 hours hot water , tea coffee maker in each room. Great location and what not. This hotel is a bang on in my list now and will definitely stay here only for all my visits to gurgaon

It was a nice experience. The rooms were good and staff were polite. Felt like home. The surrounding area was also calm and composed.

I booked their premium room for two days, Rude behaviour of staff, Unprofessional staff, room is also in very bad condition, furniture creaking, bathroom door got stuck too. Even charged 400 extra for and hour of room heater, Even balcony was locked and not accessible, After the checkout the staff calling and texting us for room keys, They thought we took the keys with us, I told them to check their cameras first, such embarrassment is not tolerated by anyone, worst hotel experience.
