Kaara - Gurgaon

We've hosted our wedding at Kaara on 20th April 2025. The experience was quite pleasant. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and ideal for hosting special occasions. The arrangements were smooth, and the staff was generally courteous and helpful throughout the event. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay enjoyable for all our guests. However, one major disappointment was the use of disposable cutlery at the bride and groom's dinner table. For such a significant and emotional moment, this felt inappropriate and took away from the otherwise well-organized celebration. A little more attention to such details would elevate the overall experience and reflect better on the venue's standards.

I recently visited Karaa in Gurgaon sector 72 for attending a wedding function and was blown away by the friendly staff and the quality of service. It seems a little far by location, but has a beautiful architecture and good layout. The serving staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. It is like a resort where people can stay in luxurious clean rooms and can also perform different functions.

I am Rishabh Batra.I have hosted a Sagan and a Wedding function in Kaara - Gurugram for 2nd and 3rd March 2025. All 29 rooms were booked by us, and we checked-in on 2nd March and Checked-out on 4th March. The quality and taste of the food served during the events were really good, everyone appreciated us for the food and the venue. The rooms were clean and very well maintained. Mr. Deepak and Mr. Gaurav Kumar did a great job of making these events sucessful. I am thankful to the team Kaara for making this event memorable for us

From the moment we arrived at the kaara. we were greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, anticipating our needs before we even asked. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. We particularly enjoyed the pool area, which was clean, well-maintained, and buzzing with activity. The food at the restaurants was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. One small area for improvement would be the availability of the fitness center, which was unfortunately closed during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the kaara and would highly recommend it to others looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway."

Had one of the best staycations at this resort! The customer service was top-notch--super friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome from the start. The property is absolutely beautiful, with lush green lawns, a clean and inviting pool, and a fun games zone that kept us entertained throughout. The food was delicious, and the overall vibe was just so relaxing. What really blew me away were the rooms--they gave off total 5-star hotel vibes! So comfy, stylish, and peaceful. It felt like a luxurious escape far from the city, even though it's actually really close by. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to unwind without traveling too far. We recently organized a wedding at Kaara, and I must say that the overall arrangement was exceptional. The event was truly memorable, and the entire team did an amazing job. However, I would like to give special recognition to Piyush. He managed the wedding not only with great professionalism but also with a personal touch that made him feel like an integral part of the celebration. His attention to detail and dedication played a key role in making the day so special. Highly recommended!

I am extremely disappointed with the decorations for my wedding day. Mr. Iten, the decorator and manager, had promised me a stress-free experience with all the arrangements and decor. However, he completely overlooked some crucial aspects. I had specifically requested a glass path for the bridal entry, complete with cold pyros, but he forgot both the glass path and the pyros. I had mentioned this multiple times, and yet, my one-time walk was ruined. There was no carpet, and it felt like I was walking on an empty ground. This made my entrance look horrible. To make matters worse, I found out about these issues just two minutes before my entrance, which completely ruined my mood and affected my photos. Even today, when I look at the pictures, I still feel the disappointment, especially since I had planned so many details for my one special walk. Additionally, the flower decor on the entrance was only done on one side of the pole, leaving the other side exposed. It's basic knowledge that poles should be completely covered. Lastly, the selfie point was not as we had agreed upon. Instead, he placed a poor quality setup that didn't reflect our vision at all. I deeply regret trusting Mr. Iten with the decor for my big day.
