The location is more than excellent. The staff is amazing starting from Shankar Yadav and room service , housekeeping folks. I stay here as long stay and they look after my requests always. Balan, Sunil at restaurant knows my food habits and always serves with a smile. Thank you. I will keep coming here.

Dont go to this hotel all staff members are rude. 1st some normal watchmen guy taking our booking. They Charged 3500 + GST with breakfast. 2nd no water bottles in the room when I asked for it they gave us RO water saying no stock. 3rd no plate or even spoon given saying restaurant is closed and only we can give by morning. 4th reception team first saying your breakfast is not included then I told night scenario then he agreed but saying its 11 now and cant give breakfast now. 5th GST details given but not able to give GST bill saying it is wrong. Service is worst given by Mr. Balram Rude and pathetic behaviour

I am repeatedly visiting this accommodation. Inde hotel has a friendly staff and they are willing to help. Cleanliness of rooms are satisfactory. it is recommended to upgrade the TVs to Smart TV for better entertainment. My thanks to Miss. Tanya Gupta for her efficient service and for attending to minute details when performing her task.

"Avoid this hotel at all costs! Someone threw a beer bottle at my car, shattering the sunroof, and the night manager, Mr. Shankar, stonewalled me and the police for 3 hours, refusing to identify the culprit under the excuse of 'customer privacy.' We suspected one client, but he was a friend of Mr. Shankar and a regular at the hotel--turns out the manager cleared evidence like beer bottle caps from that room to protect him. Our entire night was wasted in arguments. No parking cameras, no security guard, no lights in the parking area--zero accountability. They don't care if your car gets stolen either. Repairs are costing me 2.5 lakhs due to their negligence. I've lodged an FIR against the hotel and am taking them to consumer court. Rooms were clean but beds awful, bathrooms tiny, and service pathetic--25 minutes for a water bottle! Plenty of better options nearby. Biggest mistake of my life staying here. Stay away!"

My experience at this hotel was absolutely horrible. I called ahead to confirm early check-in before booking, and the staff assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Yet, upon arrival, the manager was not only rude but completely unprofessional. He blatantly ignored the agreement and then had the audacity to demand an extra payment for an additional day. I was drained from travel and had no choice but to pay. This entire situation was a disgrace, and I left feeling completely disrespected and furious. Avoid this place at all costs!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Before making my booking, I called the hotel to confirm the possibility of an early check-in. The staff confirmed it, so I went ahead with the booking. However, upon arrival, the manager was rude and unprofessional. Not only did he refuse to honor the initial agreement, but he also demanded an extra payment for an additional day. I was already exhausted from travel and felt forced to pay. This situation left me frustrated and dissatisfied, and I had an overall horrible experience.

It is a good hotel overall. There are lots of things to improve but that would not hinder your stay a lot.|Furniture, mattress etc have to be seen and replaced. Some attention to details is also required.|But the customer service is impeccable and everyone on the staff is greetings you with a smiling face, eager to help.|Some of the people I met who made my week stay pleasurable.|Badal, Anil, Sunil, the other staff and all the chefs dhiraj and anil at the restaurant were fantastic.|The housekeeping staff shivkant and team mohit, pankaj and kamlesh always made sure everything is spick and span in the room always. They went above and beyond whenever they could by being proactive.|The front office people were always courteous as well Shankar, sapna, Ajay always were prompt.

Worst Service despite having Good Amenities the Staff are not interested to take care of the Guests!!! All the staff work like robots and don't have human connection at all. Free breakfast is worse to the core.
