Hotel Posh Residency, Gurgaon

Everything was perfect. The staff was helpful, the room were beautiful and the breakfast and dinner was superb. It couldn't have been better. Thanks for your hospitality and awesome food specially dal Makhani i will definitely come back again to your hotel.

Extremely disappointing stay. Never going back in there again! Nothing about the property is posh. Issues: 1. Found dead cockroach 2. Cigarette buds in toilet 3. Use towels were not replaced 4. The previous occupants had a party previous night and that wasn't cleaned up. 5. Phone not working 6. Dirty floor 7. Not sure if the bedsheets were changed. I just slept away!

The place was nice and the in hotel was food was amazing...will surely be booking this hotel whenever i will visit gurugram.||Overall the cleanliness was good, staff was polite, they had all the dishes as i welcomed some of my guests too...it was good.

I recently booked a stay at your hotel, Posh Residency, for 2 nights in Room No. 206. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the issues I encountered during my stay: 1. TV not working 2. WIFI was non-functional, making it impossible to work or stay connected. 3. Housekeeping was extremely poor, with no proper attention to cleanliness or guest needs. 4. Room service was below average, with slow response times. 5. Limited food options available, and the restaurant was being used for private parties, making dining inconvenient for hotel guests. 6. Intercom not working. 7. Breakfast option: Poori Bhaiji/ Poha/ Boiled egg (Any One) Overall, the service was highly disappointing, and I would rate my stay 0 out of 10.

Staff is very cooperative. Best place to stay at very affordable price.

The guy on front desk is so rude. I paid for the room and then went to room and instantly disliked the room, zero cleaning, dirty bed sheets, dirty floor and not ventilated at all. I came out and asked to cancel the booking and wanted refund as i was not in the room for more than 2 mins. The person on the desk, offered another room which he refused at first, i insisted to cancel and he denied the refund saying that I marked you checked in. I left the hotel instantly with no refund. This guy is a fraud. Please avoid this one at all cost.

Unprofessional staff, no rooms at the time of arrival. Totally unsafe. Don't refund amount on cancellation. Never book this. Police raid
