Hotel Leaf 9

I couldn't resist myself from writing a review about this hotel mostly because i feel nobody should ever go through an experience like such. My husband and I checked in this hotel seeing the high rating on google and other apps. However it turns out, they might be paying people to write good reviews about them. Because in no way this hotel could even be given a 1 star rating. First of all the untidy situation of the room, washroom, the linen, pillow covers nothing was changed and left as it is by the last occupant. Unfortunately while checking in we failed to check the inside of the bathroom closet and later on we found it was clogged by tissue papers, hair and used ear buds. Few moments walking on the floor barefoot and then the dirt coming off of our feet after washing tells you how clean the rooms are. When we informed this to the staff, their immediate response was that '' you have done it. The house keeping staff came inside the room to check and was extremely rude to us and kept on blaming us saying ''don't lie, we have cleaned the room really well; that we had done it''. Myself working in a service industry and have travelled many places and stayed in many hotels, got me triggered. The manager dealt the situation as if he doesn't care. This is by far the worst experience i've ever had in my life during a stay. Only good thing to mention: great location. Otherwise: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Leaf9 hotel is a very good budget hotel for stay near Cyber city. Staff members are very cordial and well mannered. Especially Rajesh and Mithun are very helpful. For any need they were just a call away. I recommend leaf 9 for your pleasent stay.

I had a terrible experience at Leaf9 Hotel. The receptionist was extremely arrogant and dismissive, making the check-in process unnecessarily stressful. To make matters worse, the linens in the room were filthy and clearly hadn't been properly cleaned. This level of neglect is unacceptable for any hotel. I will not be staying here again and cannot recommend it to anyone. Do not go by Google ratings.

Hotel is decent enough. Rooms are clean but service is not upto the mark. Also the place is a but distant and it is difficult to get a Rapido/uber from the place

I've been a long time customer of this place but, one day upon asking for a simple query, one of the staff members insulted me. Not good behaviour for a Hotelier. I've even recommend this place to some of my friends. Won't be doing that now!

Cozy and spacious rooms. Good service but buffet breakfast time is very less.. only from 9 to 10. Rest everything is amazing

Worst experience ever. Please dont select this hotel if you want basic amenities. As a female solo traveler this is not recommend as well.
