The hotel rooms are very luxurious and splendid. There is no shortage of staff either. All the staff is good.

I stayed at Hotel Gurugram Manesar for an work event. The rooms were well maintained with great view and bathtub. Their conference rooms are quite huge with all facilities. My only suggestion is to work on their food taste and I would give them a 5 star.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Gurugram , IMT Manesar. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The location is great for business travelers, and the amenities, including the food, were excellent. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it!

Very poor hospitality. They charged 1000 extra for staying 15 minutes extra. I used 1 water bottle but charges for 2 and forced us to pay. They were ready to throw us out of property. Staff does not know how to talk to guests. Don't book this hotel by looking at their price. They will force you to pay extra later. Every Hotel has a standard timings but they also has a grace period. If you are going to charge extra you are supposed to inform the guests before the checkout timings. So guest can manage accordingly. Secondly this hotel keeps only 500ml water bottle. If you know how to run a hotel you should be aware every hotel has at least 1 1L water bottle. And water bills are only made if you have used it. I request the owner please keep staff who know the meaning of hospitality.

Good place to stay and get good quality of food. Very good experience with the hotel management.
