Hotel Goa Country Club

Such useless people, especially Anuj--they don't even know how to talk first, they make you work and then when it's time to pay they don't have funds to pay the day to make the payment never seems to come for them so cheap.

Car was parked in resort and end up in filled with rain water.. No one took responsibility to inform us to remove the car from parking. Because of this their irresponsible attitude, we end up paying for repairs and cleaning..

2 Things to mention: 1. The stuff should not ask for tip during wedding ceremony, right next to the ritual. 2. Don't mention any room service if you don't deliver it. Telling Hotel guests to come down or "sorry we are busy you can come down". The rest was good. Rooms are clean and beautiful also big.

Nice and beautiful resort property in the budget.Rooms and Food service and ambiance was excellent.Highly recommended For business, family.Best part was biggest pool the 8 feet pool really ensures our money being worth and the restaurant had variety of options to chose from.....Much recommended

The quality of the rooms is good, but they don't keep basic kits in rooms or toilets. There is no one at the hotel reception to attend to resident guest calls. Breakfast combinations are strange. Chola with aloo Paratha. Lawn banquet area is good for events.

Courteous and Guest centric service attitude of the staff, manager and the room cleaning service team shows the culture of the management. Bikram ensured my challenges and concerns were resolved and made my stay comfortable and a memorable one. Not to miss the sumptuous food from the kitchen. Best wishes Goa Country Club, Gurgaon!

Had a nice stay here, almost felt homely. Food is just amazing, a bit trouble with timings, but nothing major. Off season so, very less crowd, just how I like it. Peaceful. Moksh and Tika were very accommodating, and friendly.

I came for my friend's daughter wedding. The hotel and it's staff are very nice and humble. And pls check out their restaurant.
