Hotel City Premier

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. First of all the staff is very un friendly. I had issues with date change. then when I arrived at hotel, I found the receptionist eating gutkha. wall behind him was so dirty. whole ambience was disgusting. finally I arrived at hotel room. it was like a washroom. couldn't stay there for even a minute. left it. and left the property immediately, asked for a refund, which they won't obviously. They asked me to stay, I just couldn't stay there anymore.

It's the most pathetic hotel I have ever seen. The rooms are just opposite of that is displayed on the website. I booked a super deluxe room and on my arrival they showed me a store room with a bed to stay in. The receptionist was least bothered and had too much of attitude. Didn't even bother to listen to their customer's problem. They didn't give us our refund. The only good thing is the locality else this hotel should be shut down. There were no exhaust fans in the washroom, the room had a foul smell, the bed sheet had hair all over it. Save up your hard earned money guys and don't waste it on this pathetic hotel!

The only good thing about this place is it's location close to galleria market and millennium city centre metro. The room and bathroom was dirty and smelly. The staff at reception is the most stubborn staff I have ever seen. They gave me the room but didn't give me the key even after calling them 5-6 times in 3 hours. After a lot of fighting I got the key of my room. There's no tea/coffee/kettle in the room. You have to go to ground floor between fixed time of 5pm-10pm to get tea/coffee from the machine if it is working. The deluxe room was very suffocating. The geyser switch is placed at such a difficult location that you have to climb on the toilet seat to switch it on. Breakfast menu has only 2 or 3 fixed items, was below average in taste and was served late. The lift wasn't working and my room was on the top floor. Highly mismanaged and dirty property. The only reason people stay here is for the location otherwise it's very difficult to stay here.

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Their check in check out time is the same so when we went at 11:30, we had to wait till 1 since the guests had not vacated. Then the rooms were horrible. Termites all over the doors. Rooms stink so bad of damn. Breakfast is non existent. Water was leaking from the commod. And to top it all, the maintenance guy unlocked the door in the afternoon to fix it (I had not called anyone) and came in while I was sleeping. Can you imagine? All they said was sorry. Honestly, this hotel should close down. Girls - please stay away!

Very worst room, service, and their response. No hand wash, soap, etc. The wash room was very bad smell unable to enter inside. The room and washroom are both too small. After lots of struggle, they changed another room again, and no toiletries very poor services. Before check-in, first check the room and then proceed to stay. No cupboard, table only only chair. 8 by 8 room size.

Except for the location, nothing about the hotel is good for the price they charge. Rooms walls have molds, there's cigarette smell everywhere.Property photos in Agoda are misleading and give false information.

Terrible stay . I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. No room service; even if they will not provide you drink water on time, you will ask at 1, and they will provide it to you by 5 pm. The bathroom has been broken, and hot water is not available even in the bathroom. Worst breakfast experience.

" i am cheated by Make my trip and hotel city premium, Gurgaon" The hotel was just opposite as shown in the pictures, Rooms were really stinking, the bedsheets and quilts were stinking, the atmosphere was so so negative, the people who were entering and taking room were youngsters, who were taking rooms for bad purposes, families are not advised to book this hotel,this hotel is just for them who want to spend time with his GF 2-3 hour type. I really did not stay there,spend only 15 mins there, even didn't care about my paid amount wasted and didn't get my paid amount back yet, booked through make my trip. Make my trip people are really careless about there customers. They even don't have provided any number for customers in case a customer need to complaint. I literally took another hotel and spend more money to get rid . Make my trip company cheated me.
