Hotel B City Mark

The hotel service is excellent, and the staff is very courteous. The hotel manager, in particular, was extremely kind and helpful. We were late to reach the hotel, and the breakfast buffet usually closes at 10:30 a.m. Due to some delays, we arrived past that time. However, the manager assured us, "We don't allow any guest to leave on an empty stomach." True to his word, he arranged a fresh and hot breakfast for us, even after the buffet had officially closed. This thoughtful gesture and the prompt service truly impressed us. It reflects the hotel's genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Worst experience of stay in a hotel throughout my life. Stinking rooms , dirty taps , no hot water provision for bathing. Did not provide food for Navratri fast even on repeated request.The hotel was recommended by Mr Nikhil Sood SM front desk from Country Inn by Radisson

Was placed in this hotel by Air India for a cancelled flight. 25mins from airport. Didn't see much of location other than from the taxi. Room is comfortable enough. Water, Aircon,clean.

Worst hotel ever . The management staff is rude and pathetic while conversation and don't know how to talk with person who stays there. The working staff is kind and helpful but the person sits on the reception isss egoist and very aggressive person.

Disgusting service at this hotel Not getting proper responses ftom staff I had ordered food in room but i got it after 3 hour after making 15 to 20 call No proper breakfast is there No room cleaning are happening Never seen this types of services

City Mark Hotel B was great. Excellent service and courtesy, excellent meals, very clean room. I couldn't ask for more

Poorest quality of food and hospitality, moreover I believe an unprofessional owner some amit dahiya is running the place with zero knowledge on customer handling .
