Excellent facilities. The property is well maintained with carefully curated lawns, plantations and landscaping. Horticulture is wonderful with lots of varieties of birds. It has a huge expanse, with shrubbery and trees combined beautifully to keep the outside bustling city life out of sight.|The rooms are cosy, comfortable and 10/10 in neatness and cleanliness. The bedsheets, drapery and linen are neat and very comfortable. |Lots of activities are available for adults and children. Most of them are included in the package with some activities like power cricket, tandem cycling, etc being chargeable. |The restaurant is small, taking into consideration the size and total number of rooms. Food is average and can surely come up a few notches. The buffet spread was satisfactory. The swimming pool size could have been bigger, but is effective and well maintained.|The property is child friendly and the staff is helpful and courteous.

The resort had a lot to offer complimentary with the stay.. The activities, indoor games, the small eats, the drinks, the hard copies of photos, foot massage and a lot more. The staff was amazingly well behaved and polite. Just to mention one of them..Karuna who finally handed over to us a small token of remembrance just before check-out. The room was comfortable with all the facilities and complimentary items...the toiletries, fruits, chocolates, snacks etc. Thanks for the wonderful and unforgettable stay.

Excellent food staff and all property and sure we visit again as soon sa possible. My child was so happy to bath pool and enjoy very well.property was too good and greenery and very peacefully.... And the staff her name is karuna is so humble and politely manage with us i am so happy to meet her

The hotel is just outside Delhi, it is a place to unwind from the hectic life of Delhi. Rooms are spacious and very well decorated. Staff is extremely friendly. I am traveling with a broken foot, and the help is incredible. Food is super. Cannot wait to have my massage, because the spa looks great. So on the whole I rate the hotel very well...

I recently visited Heritage Village Resort and booked five rooms for ten people, but we ended up staying three people in one room. Given this, the management could have considered adjusting the charges, but they showed no flexibility. Cleanliness & Maintenance: The room maintenance was extremely poor--under the sofa, there was a lot of dust, clearly indicating that it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The mat under the table was old and dirty, adding to the unhygienic conditions. Staff Behavior: The staff was very unprofessional and unhelpful, which made the stay even more unpleasant. Their attitude was far from welcoming, and they seemed uninterested in addressing concerns. Food & Dining: The buffet was very disappointing, with limited variety and tasteless food. Given the price and the expectations from a resort of this stature, the food quality was unacceptable. Overall Verdict: Not worth the money. Poor maintenance, bad service, and disappointing food make this a resort I wouldn't recommend. There are much better options available for a pleasant stay.
