Five Elements Hotels - Gurugram (The Claire)

I stayed there for my anniversary in Feb 2025. Neat and clean rooms. They upgraded my room to a suite. The food was excellent, and the staff were courteous and friendly. The location is very convenient. It was a great experience all together.

Excellent service, when i saw hotel properties felling amazing. When I was use staff service. They provide the good service. Roomes are good, clean, staff facilities management provide the best service, Evening view is good.when you stay with family they provide the best service not only one area the provide the best service in every area.

A nice hotel in sector 31 of Gurgaon. Since it is in a residential area, it is very quite. Nice spacious rooms and decent ambience. Staff is very cooperative and help out whenever asked for. Decent breakfast spread and food in the restaurant was ok.

The rooms are spacious but not very clean. Things are broken inside the room. No exhaust in the washroom. Single king Size bed was joined by using two different beds. The behaviour of the staff is also not welcoming. Not worth the money.

Wonderful stay, clean rooms, pocket friendly and prompt service. Keep up the good work team Five Elements

Visited for one day..room were nice.. breakfast was good.. uttapam anad chai was good..dinner was okay.. location was more inside..

Terrible hotel ,dirty smell,only free to air doordarshan is on TV,food is worst,out pla is to stay here for two nights but we leave the hotel after 5 hours of check in,toilet bedsheet all dirty , believe me you can't stay here ,don't go and west your hard earned money

I recently stayed at Five Elements Hotel, The Claire in Gurgaon, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with efficient air conditioning that made the stay comfortable. However, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The hotel restaurant closed early at 9:30 PM, which forced us to order food from outside when we returned late. Additionally, there was no hot water available in the early morning, which could be a problem for guests with early flights. Despite these issues, the overall ambiance and room quality made for a comfortable stay. With a few adjustments, this could be an even better experience for future guests.
