Farmhouse for Birthday, Wedding, Corporate and Pool Party in Gurgaon: Melody Farm

It's a shady place, not managed at all. A wedding party setup being sold as a hotel/resort is cheating. I didn't stay over the property for more than 30 mins and went off. Gardners are managing the property and would be your host if you visit this place. Terrible housekeeping and the place is full of mosquitoes. Dirty everywhere, the floor, door, bed sheet etc. all were dirty. The power was also interrupted I didn't want to get trapped there. I request a full refund.

Terrible, pitiful, frightening, odoriferous, ancient, inaccessible location to visit. We entered the location 2 elderly individuals welcomed us as guests, despite their lack of hospitality skills. The place was filthy, the air conditioning was non-functional, the linens emitted a foul odor, the audio system was non-operational, and the food was toxic. Whenever you voiced your dissatisfaction, they would request your departure without any refund for your stay. Visit at your own peril.

Avoid if you don't want to spoil your event. Very unhygienic, everything is very rusty. Unclean towel no wifi. You can't Stay here. Not maintained

Our experience with this property is worst and the reasons are as follows: 1- Electricity and Genset Issues: They have genset but least interested in switching it on. When we entered there was no light in the property and we waited for almost 2 hrs. even after telling them so many time they didn't switch it on. 2- Water Issues: It's was so frustrating that when we checked in there was no water in the entire property. Rather than enjoying the property I was struggling with the staff for the water in the washrooms. 3- Washroom issues: Taps were leaking and the toilet water was all over the room. In one of the room they have commode but nothing for flushing. The entire room was stinking and it took them 1 hr to manage that water issues and smell. 4- Issues with Drinking water: When we entered the property rather than offering us packed bottled water they gave us tap water in some plastic bottle which was not in very good condition. Then we asked for cold water and again nothing. 5- Staff issues: Don't believe what they tell u on call. They will say yes to everything on call and offer u a lot of complimentary services but as u check in they will start charging on different items. Most frustrating was when they said that they will offer complimentary morning breakfast and the guy whom I was to switched off his phone and when we asked a guy in the property then he said there is no one to provide breakfast. And even morning tea is paid. Do not book this property as they don't serve what they commit. Even after reading this if u want to book this property then make sure you take things in writing from them otherwise either they start arguing on that or switched there phone off.

If I would have an option to give 0 star that would be more than enough. They don't change the water of the pool even if it used by some other customers....they don't even clean it with chemicals they just take out the leaves and some dirt on the surface with net. The staff and manager is not co operative and doesn't have any etiquette of talking to customers. We weren't allowed to use the kitchen they told us to use the cylinder at the other end of the lawn. The roof of bathroom was leaking. Snooker table didn't have it's proper equipments and sticks was damaged too. At this price and with these kind of services it was not worth it and and overrated and overpriced.

Totally unhygienic place !! Dirty rooms! Ac not working properly! Electricity cut! Dirty washroom with no water! Big goons were roaming around in rooms! Overall not at all worthy place!

We had a team outing at melody farm, very open space and supportive staff. Whole event was fantastically managed by melody staff. Even the owner came to us time to time to ask how is everything going on. Strongly recommended for economic and pleasant outing. Even stay facility also available. As per available space 500 people can be accommodated easily.

They cause a lot of noise pollution. They should consider the residential areas and people nearby. The place is very unhygienic. No space for car parking.
