Hotel cleaness is Good,Food is Also Good But Staff Behavior is Wrost as I never seen in any Hotel. Room service staff was very Rood to talk,even they said list Given in writinn so that we arrange in one time. Only 1 liter water allow in summer for one man. I Don't Want to stay Next time.

Below points are noticeable for here. 1. Neat and clean rooms. 2. Staff is supportive. 3. Breakfast is complementary. 4. Water bottles (2 nos.) are available as complementary. 5. TV, Fridge, Geyser facility available at room. 6. Gym facility available. 7. Laundry service available. 8. No wheelchair entrance. 9. Parking facility not visible.

I just went to this place for breakfast at their The bridge restaurant, the overall experience was okay. Staff is very nice and the food is also fine as per the price. So their Puri bhaji, sandwich and idlis were decent. So If I'm tight on my budget and want to try food which is okay in taste, might try it. They still need to work a bit on maintaining the property well and keeping it clean.

Location is good. Rooms are upkeep. Food variety and quality both need improvement. WiFi doesn't work. Overall ok experience.

Was a good experience here - clean room and tasty food. The only switchers in the room were quite different from its lamp location )) Can't find better options for us yet in Delhi for short stay.

Had a comfortable stay. Breakfast is very good. The staff behaviour is absolutely polite and courteous.

I visited the hotel from 23 November 2024 to 2 December 2024 with my family from kenya. During that period I lost a phone galaxy A70, we had bought our own alcohol jonny walker which came with 2 glasses, which also went missing. Staff are thieves.

Terrible experience...irresponsible managing system .our room ac was not working and we had to stay awake the whole night ...and such unresponsive behaviour from the staff
