Extremely horrible experience. I request everyone to please STAY AWAY from this hotel to host your events. I hosted my wedding in this hotel and had booked the entire hotel for my guests for stay on 14th - 15th Feb 2025. 1. The washrooms of most of the rooms of this hotel stinks like a gutter. All of my guests was utterly unhappy with the washrooms and they couldn't even enjoy the wedding. 2. The staff who handles the rooms and banquets are BIG LIARS and CHEATS. They overpromise everything and underdeliver. For example, I had to postpone my wedding dates by a week because their staff had lied to us that the entire hotel is available for my original proposed date of wedding and even took the token money. They later reached out and asked me to reschedule my wedding because they had apparently made a clerical mistake. They had even promised us they would give us some 2-3 rooms in advance before my wedding start date so that we can keep our wedding luggage, but they denied this at the last moment when we had reached with our luggage before our start date and they asked us for exorbitant money to give us a room. They also promised that they will give us a wedding voucher post wedding of around 75K which was never received. This hotel don't even have proper staff and only staff is present in the morning to handle the entire building. The list is big and I can go on forever. Please don't believe any word they say. A bunch of frauds and liars are running this hotel. I've already ruined by wedding, please save yours.

The Hotel is awesome. The food and the hospitality is amazing. I highly recommend my friends and family to use there services whenever you are looking to stay or to organise any party or family event. The staff Mr Chandan was very helpful whenever asked for any help.
