CLARENS HOTEL

It was an excellent stay at Clarens hotel in Gurgaon for a business visit. We were there for 5 days and the service we got was wonderful. I would highly recommend their breakfast, the service was impeccable. I was well taken care of by the staff, especially Dina Donghal, who was kind and considerate. After the third day, even though I forgot to ask for my daily Americano, he brought it in without asking. That was a really thoughtful.

While the rooms and food were fine, I put one star as when my parents stayed there last weekend, there was lot of disturbance in the night due to ongoing parties that went on till 4 am. My parents (who are senior citizens) had disturbed sleep. When next day they spoke to the manager about this, his reaction was why didn't you check out then? I am shocked that this is the way hotel manager spoke. Is this hospitality in any way? Very disappointed, definitely not staying there again.

The room was excellent, with a comfortable bed and spotless cleanliness. The hotel just made the stay memorable majorly because of staff. I preferably like to mention Mr Lalit for his hospitality and always being available to help with a smile and other service staff too. Housekeeping staff was humble too. Appreciable hospitality.

We went to Kai Room which is Clarence hotel, good place. The music is up and high till almost 4-ish in morning. Parking space is available down below. Great place for techno and trance lovers.

A nice place to stay with good hygienic rooms and great food. The location is very good being near the Delhi-Jaipur highway and a stones throw from the entertainment hub - Leisure valley. Helpful and smiling staff. Ample parking space

clarens, i saw this hotel on website with my wrong choice. i book this for my family to stay, i selected this hotel because it looks beautiful from outside. rooms are not that much well maintained as per its fare. sofa looks old. no iron available for clothes, only 2 water bottles, no one can survive without water, if you need third water bottles you have pay, which is too costly to buy in hotel. let comes on food, breakfast buffet was included but about fruits , there was a hair on water melon, we said to replace this because this is not hygiene.. what they did.. they went inside the kitchen and put the same water melon on plate and gave to us, again i saw the same hair on water melon piece. For what they are charging that much high ?

We booked this place for a guest list of about 50 people for our daughter's birthday. The banquet is big enough for about 80 people comfortably. It offers a well lit area. The bathrooms are a little small but clean which is the important part. The room is nice but even for a banquet booming you'll have to pay separately for the room which is a little odd but what's another few grand going to matter, right? The outdoor restaurant is beautiful and the food is a true delight for your palate. You'll relish the food and want more, we had to try it prior to our banquet and it was the food which eventually compelled us to book the banquet. Which is more than I can say for some of the staff. It's like they don't smile back at you. Honestly, I'm a hotelier myself and it's really odd sometimes to have a conversation with someone when their gaze isn't warm and friendly. Lalit was really nice and very clear in his dealings with us. Thank you Lalit and the guys in the restaurant I can't recall their names!! The other service staff were pleasant and prompt. The food was brilliant and nothing made us feel otherwise. The guests loved the food and that was our priority considering we'd turned down 6 orders because of the food including Ibis, Lemon Tree, Golden Tulip (great food too by the way) which The Clarens just slightly won over. From the spring rolls to the methi malai matar, everything was just great. The ambience of the property as you walk in of beautiful and has the fragrance of Oriented Lilies that just captivate your senses. Another reason why we chose them! Great place overall loved the food and the banquet. I'd recommend it to everyone who would like to go for either a dinner or a banquet or even a quiet lunch. Trust me the food is amazing!!!

Kai room at Clarens is literally the best place to party. But only like once in 2 months, because this place goes wild.
