The rooms were perfect, but the floors were not clean. There were also empty body wash containers, which is even taken care of by one-star hotels. Moreover, Lunch & Dinner was so boring and service was super slow. It took me 1.5 hours to have Pasta & Biryani (both were already pre-prepared).

There was no valet parking, and I had to park my car multiple times in basement level 3, which is poorly managed, with water overflowing and a foul smell. The hotel should improve its parking area or at least provide valet services. That said, I would rate their service and rooms a 5, as they upgraded my stay and consistently provided the necessary amenities.

Excellent Hotel in Gurgaon . Big Rooms, Big Bathroom and large comfortable Bed. Large Breakfast selection of good standard. Staff are very Professional with good English. Overall a very enjoyable experience and a place where I will gladly return.
