Hotel O 2173 Hotel Sebastian White

Have stayed at this guest house with Oyo. Fits our needs well - good service, ambience and location. Staff is caring.During my stay in Oyo Sikanderpur Metro Station,DLF I, I felt like staying at home with the care the hotel staff shown to me. They checked on my comfort, preference etc to arrange things. When reported an issue on Room Maintance, they addressed it immediately and they were very humble to listen and address the need. Overall, the hospitality shown by each one of them is awesome,,!!! :) :) But food quality is not upto mark with rate fixed by hotel.Also Dinner food quality is not well.||I suggest to improve their Food part after then Hotel is 100% fit for Budgeted people to stay with comfort family atmosphere.

Room given to me was spacious but the washroom had some electrical wiring issue due to which I experienced a sudden jolt of electricity. Service is ok. They prefer cash payments but if you insist, they can arrange card payment from property dealer shop in front of the hotel. Had to wait for 30 odd minutes before I could check in. Breakfast was pathetic.

A home converted into hotel. But still rooms are spacious. They don't have their kitchen. They take orders and bring the food from somewhere else, which in case can not guarantee hygiene and authenticity.

Rooms were not as shown in picture and most of the amenities we're shared by other rooms like mini fridge. WiFi did not have strength. Airtel Network doesn't work very well. Basic sanitary kit and towel were not provided until asked. TV in room 107 was faulty.

It was a bad experience with oyo this time because they didnt have all the oyo facilities and even food was not available in hotel they ordered it from outside and about there service it was really late i never had this kinda experience with oyo i love to book on oyo and they are really good but this oyo room was my bad experience. Again i am going to kolkata i think this time i will get the best service that i used to get earlier from oyo. Looking forward for making it better through oyo

If one is visiting in night please select proper entry gate. As 23:00 to 5:00 hours gates are closed. Last time receptionist was sleeping and I have to unnecessarily roam for about half an hour. OYO only provides link for GPS navigation however it doesn't work in night due to closed gates of society. Close to Sikandarpur metro station. Walking distance 5 min from metro station. Food is good. Room shown in photo are big but only few rooms are big rest are small one.

I was very happy when I saw pictures of the room , but when I entered the room it was a horrible experience of my life. Bathroom tabs were broken there were cockroaches in room and bathroom. They will provide u dirty bucket and mug to bath. And top of it so expensive food with more than an hour of delivery time. |I just can say Pathetic!! Pathetic!!! Huge disappointment.

Very bad place to stay... No wifi(Although they mention on the app) No oyo franchise accessories they provide 10 rupees dettol shop if u ask for No value of money Mineral water not available I should give lowest rating possible .. One can find a lot of places more worth than that
