Hotel O Centre plaza

The booking from oyo rooms is a big fraud. There is no birdhouse residency. The location that was sent for my hotel stay was fake. Also the contact details were not in service. I called their service centre for the refund but they only did the cancellation, that also after calling them for 5-6 times. After cancellation, I called them for atleast 4 times and everytime they responded for refunding the amount and ask me to wait for 2 minutes but they put me on mute and hung up the call after 20 minutes. Overall, the experience was pathetic as I have booked the hotel from their service centre itself and not from any private services. Don't ever book oyo rooms.

Verrrrry very bad hotel. Pathetic service. No lift . No water. If u want get bad hotel come here. Don't see reviews in oyo n believe.. This hotel staff are fully drunk in . We had to check in at late night and had horrible experience. Rooms were very bad. No clean, Fulll of mosquitoes, No Cupboard, No lift . Totally a pathetic room . Oyo is sucking people life. They should mention whether lift unavailable . We had to climb 3 floors with luggage after tired traveling

Frequent power failures when power failure time AC and TV both are not functioning. Some time water not available in bathroom also very hard and salty water.

Food was not good, room was not cleaned properly futher they force people who staying there to give them 5 star.

Great Place with Clean room and Supporting staff and near to playing zone for children.
