Below average service. My room Ac was turned off middle of night and staff was not willing to take quick action. Room paint was coming out, towels are very old.

I stayed here for two weeks and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome from day one. They really made a difference in my stay. The food was also pretty good - lots of tasty options. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend!

This place was quite unexpected but in a good way. The rooms were quite spacious, quiet location and great service. The balcony attached to the room was cherri on the cake for me.

It is fraud management. Denied to refund after cancellation from their side. Last moment we faced lot of trouble. Don't pay through Make My Trip.

Best place to live in Gurgaon. Service is very good. And the service staff is very kind , polite and punctual. Mr Basant & Mr Madhav and other staff also delivered best hotel service.

Rooms are not good. Service is great and team members are great. Not much food option on buffet. And items were costly when ordering from room.
