Best Western Resort Country Club

Country Club is one of the oldest and finest resorts near the Delhi border, and it truly offers a refreshing touch of nature. Whether you're taking a cool dip in the pool or enjoying a cold drink under the shade of century-old trees, the atmosphere is both relaxing and rejuvenating. Just past the entry gate, if you take a left, you'll find a peaceful ancient Mandir of Baba Sri Gitanand Ji, surrounded by nature and next to a serene pond. The area feels sacred and timeless, with a couple of massive trees that are over 100 years old. The local people are incredibly kind and welcoming, which adds to the overall sense of safety and warmth. A perfect place for a quick escape from the city chaos. Highly recommended!

It was one day team outing for our 60 member team. The facilities at resort are good - room had adequate seating arrangements done, water etc, AC was fine as well. |Food - breakfast, lunch , snacks etc were all good and our team members enjoyed the same. They did cater to specific requirements like jain food. This was helpful.|Pool was in open and it might help if they can have it partially covered so that it can be used in summer days.|Huge lawns, seating places under trees, mini water bodies and several sport facilities make it a good place. |The staff was co-operative and responded to our requests appropriately.|Overall, nice place for team building day trip

The resort itself is very beautiful and rooms that are recently constructed are pretty good but I identify that there is a severe lack in maintenance in some aspects. Their room allotment is completely random and their deluxe and premium category does not mean anything as the first room that I got was a dingy room with bad lighting cigarette smell and smelly washroom which upon request was changed quite swiftly by the reception and even in the new room the shower drain got clogged. The pool has a lot of potential but, it was not clean when we were here mostly because of a storm before that day so we can still cut them some slack. Food was surprisingly good and the quantity was quite satisfying per the price. Overall a good experience, just being mindful about the maintenance would be good for their long term customer satisfaction.

I had an amazing experience at the Best western Resort Country Club!|We booked this property for my brother wedding. The food and starters were absolutely delicious, leaving everyone impressed. The venue is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for hosting grand occasions. The stage was stunning, adding a magical touch to the event. The staff was incredibly courteous, and the service was top-notch throughout. The location is convenient, and made everything so hassle-free. They truly lives up to its name and made the event unforgettable. Highly recommend it for any special occasion!

We stayed there for family wedding. Rooms are good but Washrooms need better lighting arrangements. Resorts is beautiful, Restaurant and food is excellent. Hospitality of Staff from Check in to Room service is excellent.|Resort needs to upgrade and invest in Golf Carts and Drivers as numbers fall short for wedding groups and considering all age group people being there in wedding and venues of functions being away from Stay Areas is big constraint.|All other services except Golf Cart transport is excellent.

Front desk staff very arrogant, unable to manage guests for check in & check out. Takes hell lot of time to make the room ready. 3 hours of check in out time window they have but still can't manage. All the services are so poor. Not even my luggage was delivered at room. I have to call many many time to send baggage's in the room. Finally I had to do it my self. From front desk till rooms services, all staff are so arrogant, nonsense. Seems like it's their own home and have permanent job there. Working since many years and not going anywhere. They all got so lazy. if any marriage or party is booked by any chance, they will go crazy. One more thing, all staff are short term memory loss issue. They don't remember who called, which room, what to do. Staff should be shuffled. Hell lot of changes required at hotel. Food is also pathetic. You won't feel having food have hotel. We get better in restaurant. Morning breakfast buffet is also not worth at all. Country club should take action.

If was an amazing event(almost 200) from RCC, RCC team was flexible , amazingly welcoming and we enjoyed the hospitality |They showcased real professionalism and were always available..||I would specially like to mention a few names from operations team:||1. Raman Mishra |2. Mukesh Kumar|3. Ravi Kumar|4. Deepak|5. Jaid|( Artist - Chudiwala, Mehandi, tarot card reader and massagers)||And overall sales/management by Pradeep ji was just an exceptionally job well done... Thank you for the extra mile guys..

This resort is very good in nature, view and I have stayed many times staff is very friendly. Food was very tasty. |Best place for kids like so many activities is there camel ride horse ride best place for hangout on weekends. Evening lights could be brighter could be better for safety reasons. Best place.
