Regenta Suites Gurugram

Review dated: 18th May 2025 The food was excellent, and the staff was genuinely courteous and friendly. However, the overall experience was impacted due to ongoing renovations. I believe things will definitely improve in the future, but as of now, here are some issues we faced during our stay: A) Room Service: We stayed for two consecutive days, but our room wasn't cleaned on the second day without any prior communication. B) Elevator Issues: There are serious inconsistencies with the lifts. One goes to your floor, the other doesn't. One even opens directly to the outside, forcing you to walk around the entire hotel to reach the reception. Very inconvenient. C) Service Responsiveness: While most things are available, you need to ask for them specifically. Don't expect proactive service--you have to be very clear and follow up for your needs. D) Restaurant Maintenance: On the first day during breakfast, there was significant water leakage from the ceiling in the restaurant. Fortunately, no one was sitting under it--otherwise, they would've ended up soaked. These are the challenges we encountered during our stay. Hopefully, once the renovations are completed, the overall experience will match the quality of the food and hospitality. Good luck!

I stayed twice at this hotel each time for 1 night within a span for one week.||The first stay was absolutely pathetic. The 2nd stay was somewhat better after giving the complaints to the front desk, hence giving 2 stars instead of 1.||Overall pros:|1. Very spacious rooms|2. Have balconies too|3. Decent front desk staff|4. Location is good||Overall cons:|1. Rooms are not maintained - Rust everywhere in the bathroom.|2. Broken bathroom door (2nd stay). Called the front desk and repair was done promptly. However, in another 2 hours, it again broke.|3. Coffee mugs in the room have cracks. Gave that feedback.|4. Room service (1st stay) - They provide dirtly utensil. The cup they provided for coffee had someone's lipstick already on the cup. Gave that feedback too. Very unhygienic.|5. Room Service (1st stay) - When they served bread toast with butter - They didn;t provide knife, instead they gave fork to apply butter - Untrained staff|6. Lack of coordination b/w the housekeeping staff and the front desk. (both stays)|7. Lack of coordination b/w front desk people when shift changes. |7. Coffee maker in the room was faulty (1st stay).|8. Restaurant is cramped and very small.|9. Room service phone attendant in the morning not very cooperative in sending basic breakfast to the room due to bad health. He said you have to purchase else come down and have breakfast. Sometimes, small things either breaks or makes a superior stay. | |A tad better 2nd stay but overall a poor experience. Extremely expensive hotel and not worth the money. This may have been just my experience but they need to renovate the hotel rooms, train the staff all across.

Regenta Suites in Gurugram, Sector 49, is a fantastic value-for-money hotel that offers a comfortable and convenient stay. The hotel is ideally located, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a focus on hygiene. However, the bathroom is a bit small, giving it a somewhat cramped feeling, and could use more space. One drawback is the hotel's policy of not allowing outside food, but given the prime location, it's easy to find a variety of dining options nearby. The hotel is situated next to a two-floor mall with a range of eateries, including a Haldiram on the ground floor, and there are also pizza and cake shops within walking distance, so food options are never a problem. Despite the minor drawbacks, the hotel provides great value for money. Its proximity to the Holiday Inn and the vibrant local food scene make it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Gurugram. Overall, I would rate Regenta Suites a solid 4 out of 5, and it remains one of the best places to stay in the area.

All my request were were full filed on time, making my experience even more comfortable. The breakfast was horrendous- with stale breads and bad tasting food. The only good food items were the ones that did not require their exceptional cooking skills, like cut up fruits. The hotel services were also not worth the price, hot water was only available on alternate days. The staff was super nice though, specially housekeeping staff Mrs. Rajni. She was exceptionally sweet and quick with her services. The reception staff was also very hospitable. Very good staff, good view, average amenities considering the prices and really bad food.
