Exceptional Stay - Highly Recommend! I had an amazing stay at lime tree the pulkit hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The service was top-notch, making my stay truly seamless and enjoyable. Every aspect of my experience exceeded expectations, and I can confidently say this was one of the best stays I've ever had. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

The most wonderful stay ! The Lime Tree Hotel is a great little hotel! The rooms are spotless, the linen is crisp and clean. The best part is the restaurant food which is delicious. Do not leave the hotel without trying their Chicken soup and Chicken chowmein; but especially the soup!! It was absolutely yummy!! Sorted out my cold as well!! The rooms also come with a lovely, sun lit balcony which us an absolute blessing in the cold , Delhi climate! I loved having my tea there every morning ! Plus the staff are so polite and so very attentive. I asked someone to fix my TV remote as it wasn't working properly and even though it was the middle of the night; it was no problem for them at all ! It was service with a smile !! Plus they regularly feed a stray dog outside and even provide it with a blanket etc to sleep in during the harsh Delhi winters!! It's a 5 stars from me!! Well done , Hotel Lime Tree, the Pulkit.

An absolutely pleasant stay in Gurgaon. Located in a quiet area, this hotel was a treat to stay in. Clean and well-lit room, comfortable bed, a huge smart tv in the room with all the OTT platforms logged in, an absolutely huge balcony and relatively very large size of the room itself. The only issue in my room was that the AC had probably not been serviced for long and was noisy. The value for money here has been the best in my India trip so far!

Dear Lime tree hotel, I am writing to formally share feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel. My colleagues, Sandeep Singh, Tanuj Purohit, and I had planned to stay for two nights but were compelled to check out on the same day due to the subpar services we encountered. Some key concerns we faced: 1.Basic Amenities Missing -: No towels, water bottles, dental kits, or shaving kits were provided in the room. 2.Poor Room Service -: The response from your staff was unsatisfactory, and basic requests were not fulfilled. 3.Billing Issue -: Despite multiple requests, we did not receive an invoice at the time of check-out. This experience was highly disappointing, especially considering corporate guests expect a certain standard of hospitality. Based on this, I would advise my team members against choosing your hotel for future stays. The hotel provides a pleasant stay with nice ambience at the billing counter. It is very nice and comfortable for people traveling for business. The food service is also available within the hotel with room service, however the food taste can be improved.

One of the best stays I've had in this budget range. The rooms are clean and modern. Staff is polite and helpful. The property itself is very quite. 10/10 would recommend. Looking forward to more stays.

The rooms are perfectly clean. Well maintained. Bedding is also good.amenities mentioned were available. Not on the main road but the location is good. Had a nice stay.
