Courtyard Aravali Resort

We were a group of 9 on a girls' getaway. The service & facilities were the highlight of this trip. The staff bent over back wards to meet our needs. The pool is lovely, and our group loved the spa. The pool side high tea was great fun & tasty.||We had 4 premium rooms and 1 executive suite. The rooms were simple but functional. The suite was extremely spacious, and the backyard area was a great hang space. ||I would very much like to return with my family. It's a wonderful spot to have mini break so close to Gurgaon & Delhi.

We had a very average experience at this property. I was looking forward to staying here from some time and when I was finally able to, it turned out to be pretty disappointing. The list of what went wrong is long.|1) I asked for room decoration which was confirmed over email but that surprise got ruined as it wasn't done even though we checked in at 3 pm.|2) The room I booked was premium room but it was full of mosquitoes and was already looking worn out.|3) The next horror came when we did not receive our luggage for 3 hours and was told that the tag was misplaced. When it came back, it was missing a bag which was surprisingly held back because it had a small speaker. We were told that they do not allow speakers in any room. Again no one told this before, neither at the time of check-in, they just withheld our bags.|4) We ordered food in our room and the chicken noodles were left raw and did not even have any chicken. It was replaced after complaints. To my surprise, both the items were still added to the final bill and removed when I pointed out.|5) The high tea and snacks were tasteless. It all looked just very very basic, no quality, no attention at all. |6) The fun activities were all paid, not even cycles were complimentary. 25k a night room and still looking to mint money.p||BUT MOST SURPRISINGLY, the response to everything was made to look serious and Mr Naveen Negi and Raghav Mehta, who tried their best to look concerned about the issues but nothing changed on groud. They asked what can they do to better the experience and when I told, my request was ignored. ||By the end of it, I lost my Interest and patience to complain and thought of enjoying rest of my family time.||Ps - The pool is really good and the restaurant had music and a good spread.

This hotel was a fantastic choice for our family with a newborn! GM Anuj and his team, including Raghav, ensured a smooth and comfortable stay. Chef Daya's delicious and accommodating food options were a plus. The hotel's thoughtful amenities for babies were a huge help. Away from the hustle bustle of the city we had a great time, a room with a large patio, a beautiful large pool just added a great experience to our stay! ||Highly recommend!

Amazing food! Tried almost every cuisine, everything was perfect, from taste to service! Chef Vijender did an amazing job! The rooms are just perfect for an amazing staycation and the atmosphere was very calming. The restaurant was very clean and quick service with very hot food

Awesome selection of menu and the taste was also wonderful. Shout out to Chef Vijender for the delicious bhuna ghost & Chicken Biryani.|Each staff is very courteous and prompt. Overall a must visit hotel for great food and leisure time. Must visit places in DelhiNCR

Yet another masterclass in service and quality from the Courtyard Aravali team. We went for a special ocassion and came back only with amazing memories. Mohit, Alishan and Mayonsing and team provided superb service and attention and all through. Thank you once again!
