I booked from agoda app breakfast we choose. But hotel didn't provide. Manager said we are bot having any detail about breakfast .we showed him mail from agoda but he is not ready to listen

Worse -Cleaning, Environment, room services. The only reason why i am rating it 1 star is they have roof for us and Wi-Fi service which i required for my remote work otherwise it's not even worthy of 1 star. The Toilet sheet was damaged. The food was oily and Also if you want peaceful environment then I'll not recommend this as it's on the main highway, you have to face vehicle horn other noise all the night (people can ignore this but i prefer peaceful sleep). Sorry if your experience was good but my personal experience was actually not so good. I hope they can atleast improve their room cleanliness and food service.

Very cheap rooms, even jet spray isn't working. Asked for the late checkout charges. No clear policy. Just got to hear that tu 11 bje hi nikl jaiyo chkout kr k. There was no power backup. If there's is a electricity cut in the area then you are on the weather, if it's good you're good. Traveled in more than 7 states, stayed in different type of hotels from Hyatt to Airbnb. Still if you ask the worst ever experience. Here it is

The room was dirty, linen burnt with ciggerate spots, staff unresponsive. Even water is charged. The night i stayed in, someone was cursing the whole night after getting drunk. I'd suggest you look for someplace else. It's not worth paying any money.

Very disappointed I booked hotel for my daughter's sports event. My room has not keys. And My daughter lost her smart watch from room while we went outside for sports event. She forgot wear it. Once we reach the hotel we didn't find in room. We complained regarding but they denied to accept for the same. We were very upset with this behaviour of staff They even don't bother to check with their staff person.

bad staff no manners at ol no generator for backup dirty bedsheets and pillow area is also not good apart from toshiba tv everything sucks here please do not visit here

Worst hotel which allows people of questionable character to stay an do questionable things. Food service is worse Staff training and attitude is very bad They are rude

Room Was Pathetic, No basic amenities like Water hand wash shampoo was provided. Bedsheet had holes in it Blanket had stains Staff was rude Bathroom was broken no hand faucet stand Bf is only provide as per single occupancy tough booking was on double . Only Paratha and Tea was there as bf option Location was really shady Hotel staff were sleeping in lobby area and where looking at my wife with a very bad eyes. Trust me get this out of ur fab hotel inventory it's ruining brands name.
