OYO 49821 Hotel Wok'n Grill

Wrost hotel staff. The landline isn't work you have to call one the Restaurant contact number yourself and and They never knock your door .they are just trying to open again and again .Kholege bus hum knock kyu kre .Sunny Deol bne ghumte hai sab.Only One person is Knocked my door and i think who is Senior's of hotel staff. Service boy came for service and said sir aapne Shahi paneer order kiya i don't ordered the any shahi paneer and i ask to i didn't order any shahi paneer and he will come again and said aapko lena hi hoga . I am in washroom. 2 time i came from bathroom for that . Very unprofessional staff. Need to improve staff hospitality and trained them how to behave with guest and how to talk and represent yourself.

It is very cheap n rooms are very cleaned n well furnished. Food is also affordable. U can get hygenic food too. I m on business trip here. My company booked it. I really liked it n highly recommed it
