We went to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. The stay was overall very good. Would like to mention the great hospitality provided during the stay. Special thanks to Pranami for arranging a little surprise cake with flute music.|The room was very clean and the food is excellent in terms of taste and spread.

We had a lovely stay at Taj Surajkund Resort & Spa. The ambiance is serene, the property is beautifully maintained, and the staff is incredibly courteous and attentive. Traveling with a 10-month-old can be challenging, but the team made sure we were comfortable throughout. "We visited the hotel to celebrate our 9th anniversary, hoping for a memorable experience. Unfortunately, the hotel had a very corporate feel with no appealing interiors or welcoming ambiance. There was no special room decor or effort to acknowledge our occasion, which was quite disheartening. We expected a warmer and more personalized experience for such a special day."

Taj Surajkund Resorts and Spa is a peaceful getaway located on the outskirts, offering a nice break from the city buzz. The surroundings are calm and the atmosphere is quite relaxing. The property itself feels a bit dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. Food was decent--not exceptional, but satisfying enough for a short stay. One major downside was the crowd during weekends. The place gets extremely busy, and breakfast felt more like a rush hour--overcrowded and a bit chaotic. If you're looking for tranquility, it's best to plan your visit on weekdays. Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement.

Our one-night stay at Taj Surajkund on 22-23 February for our dealers and team members was an experience to remember. From luxurious rooms and tranquil surroundings to exceptional cuisine and warm hospitality -- everything was flawlessly executed. Special compliments to Mankajj Gurung (Restaurant Manager OAsis) along with staff Mukesh Kundu, Pramod, Aman, Shibani and Rishav and his phenomenal restaurant team who went out of their way to arrange drinks and starters exclusively for the HEM team at a scenic spot near Oasis (the all-day dining restaurant). The coordination, planning, and execution behind the scenes were handled with such finesse that words fall short. A big shoutout to Rajat from the Sales Team, who remained available at every step, even for the smallest of queries, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience. Highly recommend Taj Surajkund for anyone seeking hospitality that goes the extra mile.
