Pathetic place to stay. Room are so dull and humid and mattress too is pathetic. Location is also worst as u dont get proper car parking place. Service too is bad reception and everything they behave as they are obliging u to by giving information or support.

Reasonable for the price. 1. The room size is decent. I had booked rooms, out of which one bathroom had a leakage problem; water was literally falling from the ceiling. Even after multiple complaints, no one came to fix it. 2. There is no hot water available. 3. The receptionist and staff are unfriendly and rude. 4. The location is excellent; everything is available in walking distance. Though they offer valet parking, it appears a risky and unsafe because your vehicle will be parked on a busy street. 5. They have a restaurant on the ground floor, and the food quality and taste are very good. The experience was mixed, but at this price, some compromises have to be made.

No parking space, i dont know they are using valet parking person or bouncer , he was broke the door handle of my car when complaint against him , management not listening us, room is so-so, wash room was like public toilete, flush was broken , jet pipe was broken , every where water in the wash room, one good thing that break fast was free but when i reached in restaurant at 9.30 they said bread fast is finished, dont wase your money, very bad service and hotel

One of the worst room I have ever stayed in. Had to stay there for a marriage and the hotel is the worse on all counts. Stayed there for 4 days, nobody asked for the ID while check-in, no place to park the car and we were greeted with a pool of sewage water at the entrance. But, to our surprise our nightmare had just begun. Once we entered the room, it was smelling of vomit and there were cockroaches everywhere. Asked for room service but they were least bothered. The bedsheets and towels had stains on it. The handle of the room was broken and anyone could easily peek into the room. The staff were inexperienced with no formal training or education in the hospitality industry. For the whole stay only 2 water bottles were given. No toiletries were provided. The only thing which they were punctual about was the checkout time! Do not ever book this place, it is worse than hell.

Good Location. Rooms built well. But maintenance and upkeep a huge issue. Linens not washed. Old torn towels. Soap only on request. Staff is good and eager to please. Food from restaurant is very good. Overall a decent place if on tight budget.

Worst staff member abusive in nature and differentiate between online and offline customer rooms are also not safe its a request do not visit this place you be abused and mistreated along with your partner and they do share their clients(female) numbers with other i have faced this issue so kindly visit on your own risk!! Strictly not recommended.

I booked this hotel through OYO, but when I arrived, the hotel receptionist advised me that we do not have a contract with OYO and that you must pay us directly or choose another hotel. It was a very unpleasant scenario because I was carrying quite big things and the hotel person forced me to either pay a large booking fee or locate another room. I called OYO, but they said the hotel person was lying and that their hotel was very much listed on OYO, and they offered me an other location that was OYO property rather than fighting the hotel guy.

Horrible experience, I called trice on reception that my room ac and fan both not working properly, and the lady who attended my call she discounted my calls. even after visit personally at reception. no ones bothered about my issue. and I asked for bath kit they sent 4 tissue papers along with 10/rs Lux soup, so I need to use my personal stuff because according to hotel staff bath kit is out of stock. Such a pathetic staff. Zero rating for service.
