Mahalakshmi Palace Hotel

The staff is not cooperative at all. Everybody gives 1 water bottle on daily basis but they refuse. The remote of the AC was broken and they had no solution for it.When I asked for a blanket for the night he refused. Don't even think of trying the buffet. They don't provide anything according to the money and the taste is also not that great.

Was there for a wedding in November 2024. Everything was nice but one incident by the Banquet waiters spoiled all the good work done by all. The Banquet waiters were asking for tips not only from the hosts but other guests also. When one of the guest gave some money, one of them said sir we are 28 persons, this amount is not enough ...

Rooms are good. The room which I selected had old AC without remote. Hotel ambience is good. Cleanliness is good. In bathrooms hot water was not available and food rates are bit high. Complementary breakfast was available.

Wonderful experience. Hotel is known as per their hospitality and delicious food quality. Apart from this hotel having Great staff and great Manager.

"Worst Experience - Avoid at All Costs" I had the most terrible experience with this hotel. Despite booking through Goibibo and having a confirmed reservation, the hotel denied us check-in. They hadn't even bothered to reply to Goibibo to confirm the booking, leaving us stranded with no explanation or solution. The staff was unhelpful, and there was no proper helpdesk to assist with the issue. This kind of mismanagement is unacceptable. To top it off, I could have booked a much cheaper and more reliable OYO room instead, which would have saved us time and trouble. Avoid this hotel if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. Absolutely unprofessional!

I stayed there for 10+ days. Hotel is located on the main road. Easily reachable from Delhi airport. Rooms are good also food is good. Staffs are also friendly and well behaved. They provide a number of options for the breakfast. Overall a nice stay I had.

Its one of the old gems of Faridabad. Nice place to feel the old vibes of 90's restaurant they have seperate Areas for Family dining and Liquor serving area. Drinks are super reasonable here and you can enjoy simply good food and snacks

Mainly we go there for having dinner so food is good, quality varies i.e. sometimes it is good but sometimes they provide stale and sour food. We are their regular customers and can easily judge when they are maintaining the quality of food they provide. Rooms we wanted to book for our family guests but when we saw the rooms they were not up to our expectations. Room rent is expensive also as per its condition and other options available nearby. They have valet parking which is their plus point. The have bar and restaurant on the ground floor and banquet in basement, rooms on upper floors. Alcohol is available in the restaurant also. Service in the restaurant and bar is quick. Some of the waiters have good behaviour but without smile on their face and some are expression less.
