K Hotel

Extremely fraudulent hotel. I booked only 15 rooms but they charged me for 20 rooms and changed the slip at last time. Please do not book this hotel, staff misbehaves, very rude, and impolite, they have a history of looting their customers. Please never visit this hotel, very rude manager. Ruined my experience completely.

Rooms are very pathetic.food not up to the mark after instructions. After call they help. But basic hygiene is very low.

Very bad service staff was not good. Not given clean rooms and the food was very bad and had chunks of dirt in curd. The washrooms were not hygienic. I had a 1day stay and I was so disappointed. Would not recommend....

This is very bad hotel in faridabad. I found some rooms no clean and the House keeping service is worst. Reception member behaviour are not good and service very bad

Very bad and worst decision of choosing this hotel 3rd class guest service they provided plush worst housekeeping staff and they main person who attend the guest receptionist the girl who is sitting at first point interaction, she don't have any manner and hospitality etiquette how to resolve or respond guest problems this is my first and last mistake choosing this hotel, flush not working not providing king bed and rude behaviour never recommend anyone and when I ask manager number she denied to provide and cut the call on my face such a illiterate person.

The hotel is very old and needs maintainence if we talk about services offered like internet, laundry, washrooms etc. Hotel is neat and clean. On request services are offered quickly. Laundry service is slow. Only thing that I liked is food quality here. sheph is good here. The reception bhaiya with beard is very helpful and dining members too.

Location is far off in a remote location, it is away from the Highway. Service is not that great. But the food quality is good and the rooms are big enough. Bathroom toilets need to be renewed or repaired. Over all my final take is K hotels need to renew their property & staff members need to be trained properly.
