Billing is very erratic. Average service and average food. Cost extraordinary. If you pay advance in excess then they will adjust it and will ask you to pay extra. If you go for bulk booking then they will charge you extra under many heads. Early check in, retention charges, breakfast at premium rate Ect. Do not recommend for bulk booking. Worst part is check in time. It's 2 PM. And check out 11 AM. So hotel for 21 hours.

Rooms are okay, buffet breakfast is bad.. difficult to open the room door. Badly maintained.

This is just outside Delhi, literally first thing at toll Entry to hotel is a bit complicated. There is no easy exit. Maybe that's the issue with all hotels around here. Proper signs could definitely help Ground floor look was slow but didn't venture out much so just visit no stay.

The staff were so lovely and trying hard to make a tired hotel that needs investment into a comfortable and pleasant stay. The WiFi did not work in rooms, and the bathrooms were grubby and needed work as did the rooms. Nice clean sheets though!

Good location . Need better mattresses and the wash room needs to get renovate.

I worked here as a room attendant in 2018. It is not good for job, but very good for guests, good food, services and facilities. If you looking for a job in hotel, better look another hotel.

Very nice restaurant the ambiance food quality. They serve really amazing variety in breakfast and dinner. Special mention to Raghav. He is very helpful. Overall the restaurant experience was really great.

We organised a dealers get together cocktail dinner with stay of our pan India dealers. It was a wonderful cocktail party with dinner. Veg and non veg food ( snacks and main course) was awesome . Mr Dharam Singh ji manager of the hotel was very helpfull and done everything as we required. Service was excellent during cocktail dinner and Dharam Singh ji look after everything personally. I strongly recommends this place for parties. Now talk about the accomodation rooms are good and neat and clean. But the conditions of the bathrooms accessories was not working properly specially flush system and drainage of bath area. Otherwise bathrooms are clean. This perticular area need attention from the management side. If management look after these small problems it's a wonderful place to organise family functions with overnight stay.
